पिछले 1 साल से dr ने bp की tab use करने की सलाह दी है,पर अक्सर मैं tab लेना भूल जाता हूँ
अभी तक कोई समस्या नही हुई है ,इस वजह से भी tab की ओर ध्यान नही जाता
Tab use करना जरूरी ही है क्या sir जी।
