Torx is what they call those sockets pioneered it GM gotta'
love it Hope ya' replaced the timing chain and gears ( I have seen better on a bicycle would expect more out of Benz 0 Clarence if it jumps 50000 mile life expectancy)

The head gasket is not the issue on these. The thermostat seals leak water into the front timing cover and down into the sump where it mixes and gives head gasket symptoms.
