OK, I hate to be the downer but this just sounds like Radiant Citadel, or a RC and SpellJammer combo. I'm sure there is some good stuff in this book but as a theme, I'm not impressed because we have already looked at it twice. Oh- wait, I spoke too soon. Something went wrong with your render.
