Also, besides jarring me, the bird sounds in some relaxing or "sleep-helping" videos causes my pet bird to wake up and respond.

@@dl7596Hi there! Thanks so much for the feedback. Depending on the video, I have been experimenting putting the comment in about there being no distractions such as 'birdsong' or 'music.' It's great to hear your opinions that you actually check the description to see whether it contains any of those things.
As for ads, we schedule them for the beginning and very end of each video, but don't put in the so-called 'mid-roll' ads.
Unfortunately however, TH-cam sometimes randomly throws in ads here and there, so I've not been adding that to the video descriptions. As I don't have 100% control over them, I don't want to seem like I'm trying to trick people into anything, if you know what I mean. I just want a very simple and honest video, that helps people sleep, meditate, relax or anything else that involves concentration or peace and quiet.🍀

(There are little massages & things you can do on yourself or others to relax the vagus nerve, lots of videos on YT. There's one area behind the ear that if you do it for an hour or so you could theoretically pass out it's so effective lol. A few short minutes is amazingly calming.
And if you type it by speaking into your device, it can type 'Vegas nerve' - which of course is ahem a whole different topic 😮😂)
