Thanks, but you have a tendency to become excited and start talking way too fast in the middle of complex calculations. At 11:10, for instance, you should slow down and explain more carefully and patiently the calculations to show why this variation is losing. Otherwise we just have to watch it 10 times at half speed, copy the position into lichess, blah blah blah to understand what you are saying.... and probably still not get half of it.
So i have to watch an 18min video where you review your game to discover the most important endgame principle in chess, only to find out “be patient and apply as much pressure on your opponent as possible” Terrible… unsubscribing
sorry you felt that way. I genuinely consider it to be #1 reason of my success in the endgames over the last 5 years. I hope, one day you will come to it again and reconsider. Hopefully, it will be faster for you then it was for me :) Best of luck on your chess journey.
@journeytograndmaster I have the same complain. Not that the advice isn't good, just that it comes after having watched quite a bit. Look up inverted pyramid in journalism. Happy holidays!!!
@@jonathanscher thanks! I just need time to clearly explain my point so that viewers can truly understand it and really use it in their games. Somebody likes it, somebody doesn't. You can't please everyone :)

It took me a moment looking at the board... How the heck did the black pawn make it beyond the white pawns without taking any pawns?🤷♂️😅

With all this chess knowledge we still lose to Magnus.
@kevinwellwrought2024 we improve one step at a time :)
@ This way we’ll end up improving all our life without becoming like Magnus or Alireza.

@@jonathanscher thanks, you too!
I did say the principle relatively in the beginning, didn't I?
@journeytograndmaster I felt it was dragging, but don't mind me! Still an awesome instructive video!!!
