    I would like to offer some advice. Doing a round or two of the Wim Hof Method or pranayama before your meditation makes all the difference. Meditation is like running you want to warm up to it. Just sit in a comfortable seated position eyes closed and concentrate only on the breath. Focus on the cool soft sound the breath makes and just pay attention to how deep your breathing how fast how slow how hard and keep your concentration on that. Let the thoughts pass by giving them no energy. When a thought arises just think “back to the breath” and continue concentrating on just the breath. As the minutes go by your thoughts fade less and less and you start having moments of pure awareness no thoughts for 3 seconds then 5 seconds then 10 seconds. What you want to do is go to that place of pure awareness and no thoughts and stay there. This is where the magic happens and you connect with the divine and get downloads. Daily practice is a must.

      Do you ever experience ego death or "no-self" after a while?
      If I'm able to have no thoughts for around 30 min, I get into *interesting* territory.

      @@MissTeaq Well, it's actually quite terrifying. In essence, you're literally dying.
      From my experience, it's like your ego has lost its grip, and it's like being cut off the tether that keeps you from floating away off into endless space.
      The first time, it was on accident. The remaining times that followed, 4 out of 5 were intentional.

    The beginning had me in tears lol because nobody is really thinking about these things except the select few who care about awakening and these things are really our biggest issues not the matrix stuff lol

    Gene I know that you don’t know me and I have never met you in person (at least in the physical)but I have so much faith in what you say. That’s because it feels like I am remembering what you are trying to convey instead of learning. I feel sheltered in your „presence“ when I hear your voice. And I want to thank you from my heart for the „intellectual entertainment“ that you upload which for me is so much more than that. I view it rather as a beacon of hope that gives my soul another necessary push in the right direction… within. I used to be so sad and slowly but surely a subtle state of general happiness starts to manifest by regular meditation and death of the ego. You have inspired me for so long and I am so happy that I rediscovered my connection to god. Thank you Gene for the many people whose life’s you have changed❤️‍🔥

      I would say the first two steps are what would be most helpful for me at this time. The reason being is I have noticed a whirlwind of emotions and thought lately on a variety of personal as well as worldly things occuring right now and I can see them sort of "taking over" and then my mood/actions follow leading to lots of dead ends. Sometimes I can catch them (more so than I could a year ago), when I catch and observe -my day goes in a much better direction so to speak. When I don't -it not only effects me, but the people around me.
      This is why I feel quite compelled to keep trying and also I imagine meditation might be easier to achieve/practice if I let things flow a bit more.
      Also the last step on relaxation -its very evident to me why I'm not so relaxed (see the above points I mentioned of letting things take over) I would say relaxation is my biggest challenge and your channel and Glorian stress how important that step is so...more lessons I feel grateful to be learning. Blessings to you Gene. I will keep trying 🙂

      I found the tip about open, receptive and passive observation the most helpful! My brain often feels crowded and heavy, I have headaches a lot & when I thought of quieting the mind I felt as if I should be blocking thoughts out but the idea of opening up while being detached & contemplative is very helpful thank you! Also the tip about being firm and diligent is very helpful as well, some spiritual teachers say that you should choose to do whatever is easiest, choose the path of least resistance but IK if I did that nothing would ever change because in order to change we'll certainly face consistent, sometimes intense, resistance. I think I should choose the path which will be the most beneficial and try to lessen my resistance to it with consistency.

    Gene, last night I had a really bad lucid dream and wanted to wake up but I couldn't. All for the sudden I started to say "Om". And all of the sudden all the images were, everything was self destroying. But it wasn't me consciously saying it. It was as if something or someone, I believe it was the Holly Spirit was making me say it. I recited Om 3 times and I woke up.
    I don't think it has anything to do with this video, but just wanted to share. I went to sleep again and had a weird dream but not bad. This morning I woke up and saw you posted so decided to share. As soon as I woke up the first time I remembered about one of your videos how Om is powerful in dreams and also when astral traveling. Thank you.

    Im reading "How to relax by Thich Nhat Hanh" he is quoted in one of the pictures. The book is a good read for those looking to understand meditation better and its small enough to carry with you easily.

      @@charlieb9144 Hey, yes of course 💙! I do them every morning after yoga exercises (it is good to first exercise, so that you open up your nadis, your canals between chakras). I chant them for 15-20 minutes at least in this order INRI ENRE ONRO UNRU ANRA, and most importanly you have to feel your body.
      INRI will vibrate in your head (the pituitary gland). ENRE will vibrate your throat (the thyroid gland) and also in the back of the head. ONRO will vibrate both your heart (this is where you will feel your soul, once you find it!) and also the pineal gland in the head. UNRU will vibrate at the back of the head, the telepathy centers (but a bit downward closer to the neck compared to ENRE). Last but not least, with ANRA you can 'feel' your lungs expelling air, as it is the pulmonary chakra.
      If you chant them long enough you can start seein them in color:
      INRI is violet (6th chakra)
      ENRE is light blue (5th chakra)
      ONRO I see in light green (it is both 4th and 7th chakras)
      UNRU is bright yellow (3rd chakra)
      ANRA I see in darker green (I guess it is close to the heart, thus the green, and the pulmonary chakra releases endogenous DMT from your lungs, so it is the element akash and thus - the darker green, compared to ONRO)
      You should notice a tingling feeling slowly creeping in starting from your head moving its way to the back of your spine. And moreover, you should feel like laughing if you chant the mantras properly, seriously, you should get a smile on your face after each chant - this is going to be your check whether you do them right, but be patient).
      Then it is a leap of faith you have to do, if you make yourself laugh from the mantras, ask 'who' is laughing - is it your 'lower self' or your 'higher self'. Think about the times in your life that you have laughed 'from your soul', from deep within... remember you have to realize the physical world is an illusion. The last step, the leap of faith is all yours to do! Remember, your soul should be felt as a presence in your heart.

    Very good video on Meditation. This is one video well actually I always pay attention and try and absorb what is being taught by Astral Doorway. I'm so Thankful to have discovered Astral Doorway & Gene Hart January of 2022. Since then my life is becoming more and more flowing as the days pass. I still have my challenges but at home I return to being at Peace with Myself & The World. I'm a lot more Harmonious and producing more positive energy to myself and Humanity & Earth then I ever was. I never would have thought I would come to the Spiritual Path of Learning & Knowing We Are Being/Spirit/Eternal.

    OMG! I am so happy I came across this video. I have been practicing meditation for a couple of years now and I often start feeling drowsy and start having visions of all sorts of stuff. All this time I thought it was my mind getting in the way and I would get frustrated and finish the meditation. I didn't even know it was called conscious sleeping. Thank you so much for these tips!

    Thank you for this presentation. So helpful as I noticed various rule elements popping up in my meditation practice. The most distracting was getting fascinating with strongly visual images / scenarios. The most surprising was the rule on drowsiness, it feels that I have been freed to go deeper.

    Cool...I am going through the dark night of the soul and all darkness accumulated is spewing to the surface like a volcano 🌋 and the light is shining out in different spots... thanks bud. Have had lots of powerful teachers speak to me what you're speaking now, but they are no longer here, they passed on, and am grateful to have lived and met them, lots of energy shifts happening on a global scale and dark ones run quick because there is time winding down.. peace to all out there and love for all.. glad to be alive amongst this civilization at this time.

    I can say that im at a point when i can 10-15 min meditate while im in the office, when i have shorth breaks from work and from patients, i just simply close my eyes, without telling anyone , and go full on meditation mode, and then i rejuvenate and get online with my job again:)

    Hey. I don't listen to you a lot but I listened to this episode on spotify and when you got to rule 10 it resonated with something in me.
    I've lucid dreamed all my life and have managed to build a skill in which I can manage my level of awareness to exert my will on my dreams. If I use too much I wake up like I'm being kicked out but if I'm careful I can change my dream and then go back into experiencing it. I was wondering if this is at all transferable to meditation. I've also meditated into sleep before and found myself in the most vivid and honestly seemingly awake dream experiences I've ever had. One time it was like i entered into a blackness and was able to push into a high energy center of this blackness and experienced a falling sensation before landing in a world unlike our own in many ways. Was that a form of astral projection?
    Also I have had dreams before where I visit with what I can only describe as teachers and the dreams have a more realistic quality to them. The teachers all seem to have short names. Usually two syllables. One was CoCo.
    Anyway this all might be nonsense but I was hoping for some thoughts on this.

    4 hours of blissfully samadhi while getting a tattoo. The body felt like a tuning fork and pain in the state of oneness is only a choice. I chose to feel pain towards the end of the tattoo session in fear that I would turn into pinhead or something out of this world 😅

    This video was very helpful, I could feel awareness flowing while watching this. Thank you. A question, when my mind is relaxed enough, I will receive images such as symbols, mandalas, creatures, and interesting faces I've never seen before. But when I try to study the beautiful details, these images disappear immediately. Should I just let the images happen without bringing too much attention to them? I'd like to stay with these images because it's so peaceful, but they fly away like how birds would when they realise they're being watched by your cats

      Just as when we meditate and pay "non-exclusive" attention to all phenomena without getting "fascinated" or "trapped" in any one thing, similarly we should have the same spirit when we receive vivid imagery. Simply let your awareness remain impartial and allow it to unfold without "touching" it, so to speak. Let things be as they are, trusting that whatever you are seeing and the way that it unfolds is for a reason.     Please can you help me? How do we know the difference between the ego is talking or my inner spirit? I was asking for freeing my soul and heart and showing me my real talents to love what I am doing and I was autowriting and visualising to do art, design, create fashion and write a book. But I really don't know where to start howe to do it? Because I worked all my life with my mind logic brain etc.?

    Hi y’all 👋 so I’ve been looking into manifesting the past year and I’ve noticed that meditation is the reason a lot of times they manifest their desires. Even Abraham Hicks recommends meditation because is calms the mind and relaxes you which is supposed to unblock your flow to bring in your desires to reality.
    So anyways I’ve been wondering why don’t I hear the same claims from the spiritual and meditation community that ever since they practiced meditation life has been going their way and things just manifest so easily wether or not they had intentions to manifest just because their flow of energy is moving and on higher vibrations.
    Sorry if there’s confusion but I really want to know this answer to this

    QUESTION: While I’m practicing this and observing and scrutinizing where these emotions and thoughts come from, I’m obviously going to hear myself asking those questions? Is it ok I’ll have thoughts about this? While practicing? I keep hearing have no thoughts so now I’m a tad confused 😢

      Yes simply continue to observe your psychology without identifying with it, no matter what's going on in your head! Over time you will understand yourself better.

    Question: When I meditate, both of my eyes blinks rapidly. Does that supposed to do that? And images would show then went “poof”. I think it relates when you said about rule #10. 45:50

      As you become more balanced in your meditation that effect with lessen, and yes you are correct - the key is in deeper and more profound mental and physical relaxation and moving more into inner stillness and less attachment to the physical body.

      Only way you can overcome them is by stop watching TH-cam videos with sketchy graphics and voiceover. Don't look at screen, they won't bother you... plus unsubscribe those channels for future freedom and do something productive 🙏🏻
