You should have just drilled a small pilot hole in each of the centre caps and pulled them out with the tool, no need to remove wheels. The SLS is epic.
Tim, this is the future of content. I watch this over any of the main channel videos because of the fun and banter. I feel that the main channel videos are - if I may say - a bit lacking in that department. Test driving or showcasing the fanciest cars does not automatically lead to the best viewing experience. But thank you for resurrecting this channel!
They serve different purposes then don’t they? I want structured super car/hypercar content on his main channel. Then everything else that isn’t a car review can easily go on this channel. And I agree that the less structured less tense vlog videos on this channel work better than any vlog videos on the main channel.
Hands down, the best looking car in your garage currently is the SLS BS and the blue on it with the matte silver wheels is just beautiful! Chef's kiss....
This channel is a gem, seeing little things like the lifts in use and how you go about things is so enjoyable to watch. Also so many more cold starts!!!
Tim, I have been watching your videos for many years now and I can count very few times that your girlfriend has been on camera or has spoken. It is nice to hear her voice. You need to show her more.
This is a really refreshing change to the traditional TH-cam formula, I just hope it gets the views it deserves to encourage you guys to make more of these. Also, great to see Puppi involved as she seems very knowledgeable and fun 👍
man, im glad this channel is back. i love the shmee150 channel, but something about this one being like a vlog style, with brad and puppi having inputs just makes it special. love it
that SLS is something else especially in that blue, the sound of it grumbling away too................ amazing my favourite shmeemobile. great buy tim future values of these will be mega no doubt
I love these 'sillly' videos ! I like the more relaxed athmosphere (compared to the main channel videos) and I love seeing the contributions of Brad and Puppi as well.
Great video again. I do like this laid back style of presentation. As a Ferrari fan im very impressed with your collection and look forward to seeing your new additions 👍 Keep up the good work. Andy.
Just a quick tip guys to make any removal of wheel caps easier, use a suction cup, or even some strong tape to remove them from the outside without removing the wheels. Only if you’re not fussed about keeping the old ones!
The cold start on the SLS is insane, I am surprised no other car alarm went off, Am always looking forward for a new upload. Compliments of the new season Shmee and the team
Hi Tim, for popping out the center caps, you don’t have to take off the wheels. All you have to do is put a bit of sticky tape on the centercaps and I stick the tape to itself in the middle so it creates a sort of handle to pull it out very easily. It saves you a lot of work. Good luck!
I am glad to see the faces and voices of the people who used to be only in the background, and of course their contributions. This is it!!!!! Best regards from Johannesburg🙏
Hi Tim, really enjoyed this, that Roma is such a pretty car. it'll will be a shame when you go to sell it. Great to see Puppi again, she definitely adds value to content. Oh and the SLS cold starts are a thing of beauty!
Press the lock button on your key twice quickly and it'll reactivate the keyless entry for your Roma. Its not related to the option of keyless on the dash/screen.
Please consider bringing one of your cars to South Africa, or do a tour here. The country has so much to offer! Amazing scenery, driving roads, wildlife and a lot of cool cars not many people know of. Plus we are a right hand drive country 😁
Thanks for sending the poster Tim. Very nicely packed, nice to know it took a ride with you and Brad in the M2 from the Shmuseum, the personal touch is really cool 😎🥰❤ Love the new videos here ❤
Tim I had to change all 4 Centre caps and didn’t fancy taking all 4 wheels off. Tip drill a hole in the cap and use an Alan Key to loop inside and pull it off.
So glad to have the Shmuseum channel back in action! We all love hearing Puppi's contributions as well. We would like to hear more of her on the main channel as well, especially when she gives you hard time for missing your exit. 😂
I like this style of content. Its good to hear from Puppi150 while you were doing video. We know she is always behind the scenes in the video but it is nice to hear from her
im loving this stuff so much fun to see Tim and brad getting along and see every one more would be Cool to see puppi more as so far we have only heard her in the back ground
Love this channel! Once again, I’m glad you are making videos again and having Brad on cam. FYI. JMO. It may be helpful to get a set of wheel hanger guide pins to ensue that u won’t bump the carbon ceramics when removing the wheels. They are only around 15 quid or 18 bucks! I had to regularly change center caps on my previous gen Merc. I just used a drill to screw a deck screw through the center cap to have purchase to pull it out. Good stuff! Love the SLS. Excellent sound. On to the rest of the video. ;) Cheers!
This is fantastic, a real look at you looking at your cars , along with your good lady , brilliant video and content fabulous 👍. P.S , your good lady knows her stuff.👍
Love also how it becomes. " We specced, we bought, we will do that when puppi is around " , fair play to the both of you. I like others prefer a lot of aspects of the second channel
Typically on cars, the wheel cap is supposed to point towards the tire valve stem. Like, for example, the bottom point of the Porsche crest is supposed to be aligned with the stem. But I guess as long as all four corners are pointing in the same direction it doesn't realllllly matter.
No... As a mechanic... Did they really take of the wheels to change the center caps ? 😂 There should be a special tool for it in the car. And if theres not and you want to change broken ones , drill a small hole in them and pull them them out ... But hey , comes with experience ! Nice video guys, like the more free flowing vibe... Your car garage is really getting crazy mate 🎉
It probably is; but to be honest it's a result of needing to catch up on so many tasks, and a desire to just share a bit more casually behind the scenes this month
Nailed the interior spec on the Roma, don’t love the exterior blue, and I think personally it looks better in coupe form. I’d personally have gone closer to the SLS blue or a dark silver/grey/green. But let’s just appreciate the SLS. Chefs kiss
Tim I just replaced my centre caps on my gts. All you need to do is drill a small hole put in a small screw that’s larger in diameter in the hole and pull it out with the cap (with pliers). Did all four caps in around 5-10 minutes. As you can imagine you’re gonna change all four and you’re never gonna keep the old ones. Saves about an hour and is so easy to do !!
Use clockwise and counterclockwise (anticlockwise) for tightening and loosening things. "Lefty Loosey, Righty Tighty" doesn't really work if you think about the fact that you are turning the top part to the left, but the bottom part to the right, lol.
Finally Puppi can talk. I mean I love you Shmee but any guy gets tired of listening to another guy for too long. We love our women. Hi Puppi all the way from Africa.
Great vid Tim! I had the privilege to drive a Roma for a small roadtrip from Belgium to Idstein and it is such a brilliant car. Very usable and is easy to drive normally but the sport/super car is right there if you want it. The car i drove was that green but with a lighter brown interior. I hope i can save up for such a car. Yes people say it is entry level and look down on it. For me it is one of the most beautiful cars they made in the last 20 years. And that V8 is amazing. Although i would think the engine of the 296 would work in it as well. Differently tuned to suit the GT side more but that would work out as well. If they have to look out for emissions that might be a path to take. As that V6 sounds wonderfull as well.
This is what Ive missed. The long, mostly unedited videos which show the day to day life with a garage and supercars, and always some glimpses into british living.
Really like the slow integration of having puppi150 again on the channel. Brad is great as always, and Tim doesn't have to put on his shmee150 mask and tone. Have you thought of doing Q&A videos? Thought it might be an interesting video for the channel. Like asking Brad "what is it like working with Tim?"
Guess I'm just an odd duck, because I love the Roma Spyder. It's got a clean classy timeless look to it that reminds me of the 250GT California. As for the model being the wrong colors, many of us scale modelers have access to correctly color matched Ferrari paints, with scaled down pigments and metallics so the model doesn't look like an 80's American fishing boat.
I love my first Ferrari, and yes it’s a Roma. I highly spec’d it at a total of $332,000 USD. It got me an allocation for what I really wanted and that’s a V12, a V12 12Cillindri.
The Shmuseum Great Video I'm glad you guys replaced your Absolutely Gorgeous SLS AMG Black Series center caps and had a nice to HR Owens Ferrari to check out that Absolutely Gorgeous 12 Cilindri and I definitely agree that that Gorgeous 812 GTS would look great in the Shmuseum
The future of Shmee is this channel, raw, fresh and engaging. Love it!
You're new here aren't you 😅
it’s literally just maintaining his cars here 💀👌🏽🔥
totally agree

Lol .
The very knowledgable Puppi makes a big contribution to the channel. More please.
Was that really Puppi? She sounded different.
@@Concern_Citizen definetly her, slight German accent

Falling back in love with this setup. More of you and Puppi please.

Exactly what I did when I replaced the ones on my Golf.
Was literally about to type the same.

Totally agree, the whole ‘vlog’ style format and less structure to the videos is class
I agree and I also think people aren't as bothered about new cars.
They serve different purposes then don’t they?
I want structured super car/hypercar content on his main channel. Then everything else that isn’t a car review can easily go on this channel. And I agree that the less structured less tense vlog videos on this channel work better than any vlog videos on the main channel.
LOVE the behind the scenes this channel offers. Please keep them coming. Also good to see the return of Puppi behind the camera. Great work guys!!!
So glad this channel is back. So much chilled out vibes and everyone being on camera getting involved.
Hands down, the best looking car in your garage currently is the SLS BS and the blue on it with the matte silver wheels is just beautiful! Chef's kiss....
The blue is fantastic
Followed closely by the 675LT! Mega specs on both cars
This channel is a gem, seeing little things like the lifts in use and how you go about things is so enjoyable to watch. Also so many more cold starts!!!
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks for watching
Love Puppi's contribution, she clearly matches your passion Tim. Fantastic 👌
I honestly kinda like this channel more than the main for the more honest and genuine style of it.
Tim, I have been watching your videos for many years now and I can count very few times that your girlfriend has been on camera or has spoken. It is nice to hear her voice. You need to show her more.
Really great to see this channel back again! I've missed it and the raw on-screen banter between you, Puppi and Brad
This is a really refreshing change to the traditional TH-cam formula, I just hope it gets the views it deserves to encourage you guys to make more of these. Also, great to see Puppi involved as she seems very knowledgeable and fun 👍

I have really wanted to see and hear the dynamic between you two! Awesome that Puppi decided to be on the channel as well!
Tim on the tools is pure comedy..... reminds me why every time my car needs work it goes to a garage :-). Enjoying the rebirth of this channel.
Perfect!! xD
Just a quick tip guys to make any removal of wheel caps easier, use a suction cup, or even some strong tape to remove them from the outside without removing the wheels.
Only if you’re not fussed about keeping the old ones!
I used some hot glue for mine.
@ Yeah anything sticky works 👍🏼 much easier than removing all 4 wheels for the sake of 10 seconds 😂🙌🏼
The cold start on the SLS is insane, I am surprised no other car alarm went off, Am always looking forward for a new upload. Compliments of the new season Shmee and the team
If it is parked anywhere near the Clio V6 then it will haha
I like the new path the channel is on. Refreshing and still shmee shmeeing. Also, kudos for doing this job the two of you. 🇺🇸🇬🇧❤
More to come!
I love this type of content as a compliment to your traditional videos. Any day with a Shmee upload is a good day indeed!

Hi Tim, really enjoyed this, that Roma is such a pretty car. it'll will be a shame when you go to sell it. Great to see Puppi again, she definitely adds value to content. Oh and the SLS cold starts are a thing of beauty!
Every time I see the SLS I admire that beautiful spec. Mystic blue with silver wheels is such a good combo!
Ive never realized how the scissor lifts make the fronts of the cars so cleanly visible. Super good choice!
It's really nice isn't it, especially when you think of it like that
I mean this as nothing but complimentary but I like this version of Tim so much more - it’s nice to see his personality and that he’s a good guy 😊

Puppi with her knowledge should become a part of main channel content in my opinion.
Typically on cars, the wheel cap is supposed to point towards the tire valve stem. Like, for example, the bottom point of the Porsche crest is supposed to be aligned with the stem. But I guess as long as all four corners are pointing in the same direction it doesn't realllllly matter.
