Fit An Image To A Shape With Procreate

Thank you, learned a lot. Lenght and everything is perfect. However I still got a specific problem…. if it doesn't matter which cut-out you choose, everything is fine. But if the tool for cutting out the circle has to be placed in an exact position, it doesn't work. How can you influence/move this tool on the picture?
