Salubung nang Apung Iru at Apung Ambu | Tipa Novena 2019 (June 19, 2019)

Salubung 2019
June 19 marks the first day of the novena of St. Peter & St. Paul and is also the beginning of the fiesta celebration. The Salubung between Apung Iru -Alauli Replica & Apung Ambu was held in the morning and a procession to the Christ the Eternal High Priest Parish Church followed. After the 1:00 PM Mass was offered, a grand procession to the Pisamban Maragul started. Upon arrival, the two patrons were greeted with joy by the parishioners and an Opening Salvo was presented by the Parish Youth Ministry.

Kaya may Umbrellino din ang San Clemente ng Angono at San Gregorio ng Legazpi, kasi mga imahen din sila ng mga dating Santo Papa. Katulad ni Apung Iru, mukhang di rin nila alam kung bakit may payong ang imahen nila, lahat sila gumagamit ng mga payong sa ulan/ init. Ang Umbrellino ay npakataas ang stick para lumagpas sa trono ng Santo Papa. Imagine sa prusisyun ng Santo papa, may nkasampang tao sa tabi niya at may payong?
