These guys are the single reason why Marvel’s Phase 3 and Infinity Saga was as good as it was. All 4 of their movies are arguably Marvel’s best and Feigi couldn’t have done all of that without them.

The Russos have truly made the best thing of Captain America become much more badass and more grounded as a character. And they have have Infinity War and Endgame as the gifted shattering blockbuster films of all time.

When MCU first started back in 2008 with the first Iron Man, we didn't know what it would amount to. This was a historical event. Think about it. The Russo's absolutely rocked Winter Soldier and Civil War. So - Feige chose them for Avengers 3. Meanwhile Snyder shat himself all over DCU. He got fired. Whedon saw his chance for revenge against Feige - he would direct Justice League for Snyder and beat Marvel at their own game. But Whedon couldn't fix Justice League.... Then the Russo's blew the roof off with Infinity War and Endgame - two of the best films made in the last 10 years - period. Now Whedon and Snyder are both finished......snapped away as it were. How ironic.
All I know back in 2015 was that Joss Whedon was “very doubtful” about making another Avengers movie especially it was parts 1 & 2 at that time because he couldn’t handle the pressure due to the bigger production scope than Age of Ultron and the first Avengers movie.

Infinity War and Endgame are two of my favorite flicks of all time. Magnificent blend of action, sci-fi, fantasy, humor, and more action. Even some dramatic moments. True masterpieces which transcend the "superhero film" genre.

Winter Soldier is an incredibly well constructed film. Secret government organization + super hero intrigue, amazingly staged action scenes, perfect performances. You show Winter Soldier to people who claim to have no interest (and actually have no viewing history) in Marvel movies. It's a top notch action film at every level. Top 5 comics movie of last 2 decades.
This was the film that made me a true MCU fan. Always been a fan of comic books and the characters throughout the different mediums, but pre Winter Soldier, I thought the films were average. This film made Captain America cool.
Im pretty sad that their movie „Cherry“ wasn’t that big of a success, even tho it was a amazing movie. Would be pretty interesting to hear that breakdown.

It paints a strangely dreamy quaint picture of what it’s like to have no purpose growing up and how that both informs and encourages the pitfalls of addiction, specifically opiates.

The Russo Brothers' Marvel films are among the best in the MCU. Winter Soldier alone is probably the best Marvel film, if not tied with Infinity War.
