Most people fake empathy all the time. Psychopaths can't. When a psychopath does feel empathy, it's not just real. It's fully overwhelming.

I have noticed that Neebs was the complete opposite of a psychopath. He doesn't have any real violent impulses and it shows in gaming like with the "7days to die everyone for themself survival challenge" and he died first, he struggle to pile on damage on something or even have rare outburst of rage like Simon which help to survive, but also...neebs have judge dora many time for sneezing Loudly...and told him to try and modify his sneeze...which is one of the craziest most psychopathic thing i ever heard, so i really don't know nothing about anything 😎👍.

if you guys want to laugh hard about a petty villian origin story, look up Reverse Flash. His name is Euobart Thawne and he's from the far future and learnt everything about the Flash. Flash was his idol and one day, he managed to replicate the powers of the the Flash. He travelled to the past, put a situation together, so he could save some people. Unfortunately, the real Flash showed up due to time travel shenanigans and was faster than Euobart. This made him so angry, that he decided to take revenge on the Flash, travelled farther back in time and killed Barry Allen's mother. From this point on he became his arch villian.
