Here is a video on how I created a Galaxy effect using Alcohol inks in Resin.

Beautiful work, I tried a galaxy coaster in February but only using paints and mica powder - everything converged into the center and I didn't get a good effect. Your video inspires me to try again using alcohol inks. Thanks!
I was just thinking it might be great to do an underwater jellyfish with a vaiation on this style. BTW, I AM keen on the one you weren't keen on.

My daughter and I just did our first pendants following your videos and they came out gorgeous! Thanks! Question, what do you do about the raised sharp lips at the bottom of the coasters or pendants?
Awesome, You can top up before demolding or I use a cutical tool to trim the sharp bits off :)
Hi Daniel, some time the edges are sharp… Does that ever happened to you? if so what do you do so the edges are smooth?

Do you add a heat resistance top coat on your coasters.
I don't, I haven't had any issues yet apart from normal wear 😊

My experience too is black pulls gold to top for some reason 🤷 not worked that one out yet
Maybe because it's heavier and gold is lighter only thing I can think of but there has to be away around that issue. But otherwise impressive 👌
Just a thought as I'm rewatching this again before going in for an attempt, if you let the resin warm before pouring like with the blooms, wouldn't the inks draw into the center as it cools?

Brilliant! I love them all!! The parts that aren’t in the swirl & the flecks & dots make it seem more realistic. Galaxy’s have all sorts of cataclysmic stuff in and around as stars explode & stars are born. And it’s a constantly moving thing thru space 🤩 Excellent thing you bumped into with the pure alcohol pushing in the colors!! Lovely Daniel, thanks for sharing your beautiful art pieces!

Maribu diamonds in the clear would of been awesome in these in the clear but a drip maybe two but no more. It's my fav glitter alcohol ink . Better than their rainbow trust
