She was obviously making big city wages and saved to move out and spend slowly. Rent sounds normal to me. I’m from a big city and a apartment would be at least $1500 usd going up to $3000 for rent. I could retire and live wherever you are suggesting for quite some time.. LOL

I love the way she loves her animals: how we treat those who depend on us for everything, including kindness and compassion, says everything about us and the kind of society we are creating. There are many people who resent how animal lovers treat their pets, and animals in general; ironically, the resentment is often felt by those people who, because of lack of foresight and impulse control, have too many children to treat them all well, or who don't treat their children well because they don't have the emotional intelligence to treat them well!
Her apartment is amazing. People would pay for her amazing ideas. Covering her sofa in recycled jeans?!?! Creative and cost effective. Her bed is amazing and her clothes hangers? She is truly talented. I hope for nothing but the best for her. Seems she is happy and content. 😊 that is the life.

jeans sofa & jeans "tatami mat" was a brilliant idea; so was the knitted dog house (I guess doggie doesn't mind his clothes, especially the pants because he knows he is loved by momma) -- what a great idea to make a recycled dwelling close to her work place and enjoy her simple life.

我这里说明一下，深圳梧桐山就在深圳市，虽然是山里但是离城市相隔是很近，出了山就是城了…房东很可能是比较善良的房东，而并非像你所说的契约精神淡薄的“农民”，一个月三千块也不算是太便宜（虽然是120平米）。她租的是底层楼，说明楼上还有人居住，不是只身一人。现在的深圳非往昔比，治安比以前好了很多，况且我看这位女子不是那么冒失的青年很可能之前有过这种念头只不过起因是她的健康问题让她下决心的要因罢了。
