Hello Foodies!
Preparing Punjabi Thali is so simple. Today I posted a simple Dabha style Punjabi thali. The Thali consists of Kadai paneer, Dal tadka, Chapathi and Jeer Rice. Preparing the thali is so simple even the bachelors can prepare so easily.
For the pre-preparation require 12-15 mins and cooking time require just 20-25 mins on 3 stoves.
In this Thali video, I shared how to boil the rice perfectly for Jeera rice. The same boiling method can apply for any rice varieties like Fried rice.
The Thali is perfect for 4-5. Can increase the quantity accordingly.
For making kadai paneer freshly grounded ingredients are essential. Kadai Paneer recipe is in Homemade style and the spice level is medium can increase the spice level accordingly.
For the softer chapati knead the dough well and rest. The same dough can use for puris as well without resting.
Usually, Dabha style dal tadka has a lot of tadka. But, I changed slightly for the homemade style. If you wish to the authentic dal tadka click the link below.
