Seems like a very complicated world, espesh for beginners - e.g. different lengths, weights, 'cutting into own hair', hair types, how to wash, how to style, clip ins and sew ins, do and don'ts etc etc. Like... My hair has started to thin and I'd just like a bit more natural looking volume with minimal fuss... But don't know where on earth to begin! Lol. x

It's even all the basics such as how to put them in but cover them properly with your own hair, and how to tie the real hair+extensions in a ponytail without the clips showing and etc. Perhaps it could be a whole series? This is great! I have long, straight, thick hair which usually takes 1-2 hours to curl and it only lasts about 15 minutes. I've seen other tutorials but it's mostly girls who have a less hair and it's thin too so I'm glad you posted this video. Everyone's hair is different, some can go longer than others not washing it. I have really thick coarse hair and I can and have to go a few days without washing it. Mine doesn't get that oily and if it does then just dry shampoo to help with the oil and add volume. My hair can be really dry and washing it all the time would make it way worse. It all just depends on your hair type.
Like what BellaLove said, everyone is different, but I rely heavily on my dry shampoo. I have super oily hair, so between that and the gym I was washing it everyday until my stylist told me I was making the oil worse. Long story short after cutting back on the washes my hair doesn't get as bad now, so load up on the dry shampoo!! :D
Caitlyn Jones which dry shampoo do you recommend? I used to use the Suave one, but I didn't really like the smell. I have heard that the Batiste one works well. Any suggestions? :)
Melanie Michel Martinez I'm not sure how long ago you tried suave but now they have new ones that are Keratin infused that smell better :) Of the ones I've tried, my favorite is probably Dove, with the worst one (imo) being Tresemme. I'll have to try Batiste next!

Great video!! I do the same thing but sometimes if I really need my hair looking good after I'm done I'll put a shower cap on and sleep with the curls in overnight. Btw I'd love to see a video about your experience with keratin treatments/up to date of how it's worked for you and all the information, like who could really benefit from it, how often to do it, etc.

i had the same issue where my hair would literally fall after like a half hour and ALL my curls would be gone, i kept changing up products and hairsprays and nothing worked. so then i switched my curling iron and BAM, now the curls stay! so i would recommend to anyone having that issue to just get a new iron or wand, somehow my hair got used to my iron and was not having it anymore, but now my curls actually stay in place all day. a good curling wand is a very important investment, it was worth every penny i paid for it.

Great video!! I do the same thing but sometimes if I really need my hair looking good after I'm done I'll put a shower cap on and sleep with the curls in overnight. Btw I'd love to see a video about your experience with keratin treatments/up to date of how it's worked for you and all the information, like who could really benefit from it, how often to do it, etc.

i had the same issue where my hair would literally fall after like a half hour and ALL my curls would be gone, i kept changing up products and hairsprays and nothing worked. so then i switched my curling iron and BAM, now the curls stay! so i would recommend to anyone having that issue to just get a new iron or wand, somehow my hair got used to my iron and was not having it anymore, but now my curls actually stay in place all day. a good curling wand is a very important investment, it was worth every penny i paid for it.
