If youd like a build to at help a bit as a newer player, its what I've used and I'm on console so I was/am like bottom of the bottom in terms of skill, I'd run chigiri, meta vision, and 6'2 as the height. Chigiri helps you deal with fact you're slower while being tall, meta vis prevents you from getting ankle broken so you can better learn the steals and all, and with a speed flow plus chigiri you get easy as hell goals speaking from experience. Its as of rn my favorite build as a defender.
Neurotic > Chigiri. Neurotic gives a significantly greater speed than Chigiri at the cost of going out slightly quicker and you need to be ankle broken to activate it. But its cooldown is way shorter
