@@frankparkway6863 I don't know, bro. I use Rogue for rifts (and almost don't play it, I spend my energy on Dispatch lol). But as his 5th skill is too long in the old uniform and he doesn't cancel it even after kill everyone, I'd say the new one is faster for rifts.
