This tutorial is literally life changing for me...i did two strand twists once before without the added hair, I'm a total beginner on doing any kind of styles for my hair... Decided to do this 6 weeks ago and it was beautiful🙏🏾. Just took it down earlier today... Bought some $30 extensions on Amazon and this was by far the cheapest/lowest maintenance hairstyle I've ever had!!! Thank you. It was super easy for me and it was so gentle on my hair. Lol my first time doing twists on my natural hair they were cute but shrunk up a lot and lasted only a few days . Let me know how it turns out when you try it!
I like both parts. I usually wear my hair with a center part because that's just how my hair naturally lays. But every now and then I love a side part, which side depends on how I feel it looks at the moment by just doing what my hair wants to do. This way I don't have to over manipulate my hair to get it to lay a certain way.

I don’t have a preferable brand for this style. I mostly observe the textures of various brands to see which would match my hair best. I don’t believe I’ve tried the xpressions but I did try the freetress popping twists, it looks a bit similar to xpressions in my opinion. Are you thinking of trying xpressions for this style?
Hey Tatiana. I’m glad you love this style. I’m not a professional so I can’t determine if this is something you can or cannot do back to back. I can say the style was very low tension so I barely felt anything on my scalp. As far as moisture I sprayed them with a little water and applied leave in conditioner and oils over them. I'm like you..I don't care too much a out getting the part precisely straight...as don't like seeing too much gaps anyway. I love the outcome. I love centre myself and side depending ..but both centre and side looks good on you . You can change them up as needed. Your cool and not over the top which is why I watched to the end. Hey, I used the Janet hair that I showed in the video for my entire head, excluding about 3 of the ones in the front. I just put that in the description. A lot of people are having a hard time finding the Janet hair, the Freetress one might be easier to find and that works just as fine. I did use some of that only for like about 3 of my twists though.
How long does it last? I want to do this and my hairstylist says it wont last :( I always have hair growth after 3 weeks when i wear hairstyles its so frustrating. And then it gets ugly and I take it off. It sucks
Hey Kassie. Your stylist is right. This style won’t last very long if you’re not a fan of frizzy hair. I’d say this lasts for 2-3 weeks. Lol I hate when my hair gets frizzy and ugly too! I redid the 2 top rows and the edges after week 2 so it can last a bit longer.
Thank you. You can but I wouldn’t recommend that. Especially if you find this hair or the other hair in the description box , they hold pretty well at the ends so there’s no need to really burn the ends.
