I became an avid Korean music aka Kpop listener/lover since 1998. Korean and rap music was my coping mechanism from the bullying I experienced in middle school through high school and it's stuck by me ever since. When I made this TH-cam name, I was thinking from my graphic-design-major perspective of a brand that will not only describe what my content will be about but will also align with the times, and y’all know that “Kpop stans” have been a thang for awhile now so... OG + KPOP STAN. (My love for Eminem is also relevant.😂) ALSO! Just to be SUPER clear- me calling myself an "OG kpop stan" does NOT mean that anyone who's listened to kpop after me is inferior or less-than. A kpop lifestyle is a kpop lifestyle regardless of time. Please don’t get that sh*t twisted.😛

@@Sjseng81 actually i really am into 3rd gen GGs Especially BlackVelvetYeojaMoo. I love their personality and musicality esp for RVs and GFs b-side tracks.
@@Scylid I love all 2nd and 3rd gen GG's. But yes, 3rd gen GG's are killing it these days. My top 3 are Blackpink (Jisoo bias), Mamaoo (Solar bias) and Red Velvet (Seulgi bias). The quirky ones get me haha
@@Sjseng81 my top 3 are RV (Irene bias but ot5), BP (Jisoo bias but ot4), and GF (Eunha bias but ot6) ❤ although MMM isn't one of my ult, i kinda feel like i am Solar bias but still, i love all four of them too. I haven't discovered their bsides yet. I am still discovering MMM 😃

I recommend you glass bead (their debut and one of the most powerful choreography of gfriend) and Sunrise.Both are beautiful and super in synch choreos

Such a joy to watch your Gfriend reaction. Such fun to see you take note of the key points of Gfriend's choreo. "Fever" is such a summer bop that makes you want to move your body. This was also the first time Gfriend wander into the genre of House Tropical and such an effective entrance.
Personally I feel this is the comeback where Gfriend's styling took a turn in earnest towards a more mature look from all their previous looks that tend to appeal to the youthful and adorable innocence. And they looked so gorgeous.
By now, seeing Gfriend members in sync become a cliché but it's just so satisfying to watch their dance.

Apart from being a synchronized group, they're also very precise. In their one song, Navillera, a screen cap of their dance went viral bcs the members ' arms were all at the same degrees (the person used a protractor btw). They're amazing!

Fever is the first gfriend choreo i really took time to learn (idk how to dance the earlier ones since i'm not a dancer). I didnt dance fever perfectly but i learned it for fun and also because it seemed like a nice exercise that wouldn't risk me getting injuries as much as their other choreos lol it definitely is a workout

Honestly, I didn't observe and notice what you've noticed in Fever's choreo. Because of your detailed reactions and explanations I appreciated more this choreo. It seems easy but really hard to execute so much small details that is like putting an "icing to a cake" like what u said. I really like ur reaction, lit dancer perspectives.

You should watch Labyrinth performance. It was their promoted b-side from Crossroads era and it's an amazing song. It even surpassed the views of the title track and it was even promoted longer than Crossroads. There isn't an MV, but the Special Clip from 1theK along the dance practice and stages are enough, I really REALLY recommend it to you.
