Glad to see the smaller gauge needle being used. I always thought the 1/4"-diameter needle [with the 8 holes] was punching far-too fat a hole into the meat. Also, I never understood the practice of injecting horizontally as the marinade just flows back out. I have heard many great complements about Butchers products, tomorrow, we bbq 2 - 13lb packer briskets, using your products. Your method seems correct to me... not that I'm a pro, just using common sense. Thanks! Results will follow.
Turned out great. Good flavor, tender, juicy. Everyone loved it.
Tommy Rad hoping for the same but with the prime brisket injection and prime dust

Always trust your butcher!
I mixed the prime injection with the prime dust have I made a mistake I won’t know about for hours?
I'm looking for a new injection. Kosmos turns my briskets into mush.
