Draymond is a brilliant basketball player who has helped the Warriors win, but as much as he has helped the team, he's done just as much to tear it down. For example, there is a reason Draymond wasn't picked to be a part of the Olympic Team this year. Grant Hill said he thought Draymond is an excellent player but his behavior during the year was an issue. You can't have a player who is known for physically assaulting other players representing your team to the world. Part of being a good leader doesn't mean that you don't make mistakes but damnit you shouldn't be making the same mistakes over, and over, and over, and over again.
