Nice Couple. Kerela people are awesome. I have worked in Trivandrum,Kerela and trust me it is one of the best south state after Karnataka where people welcome outsider. These people are very generous.
Such lovely hosts, Ma'am explained each and every dish with such detail and then sir told us the right way to eat a Sadya. I learnt something new about Malayalam culture today. Thanks so much Anubhav for the great content.
One of the best Onam Sadhya episodes that I have seen. The lady of the house was so gracious and explained everything in detail. She elaborately explained the distinct flavors of each and every spice and how it adds up to the taste. The minimum items on a Onam sadhya spread is 24 and can go up to 64 too which includes half a dozen types of Payasams. The warm hospitality of the hosts was really so nice. As mentioned by the host the items of the leaf vary from place to place. Anubhav must have had a gastronomically delightful experience while savoring the elaborate sadhya. But his discomfort on the flowing curry and milk on the Banana leaf was very much evident. Overall an awesome episode. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Anubhav sir is lucky enough to get Onam sadya. My mouth was watering. We are missing out south Indian food. Malsyalees eat their food as it tastes like bitter is bitter and sour is sour.
So beautifully layed out and explained. The culture , traditions , how to eat the sadhya by both the host . The warm hospitality of the lovely lady of the home and absolutely enjoyed how the man of the house explains on eating the sadhya step by step . Wonderful. Thank you bringing us these kind of Community Family Food experiences Anubhav . 🙏🏻
so nice, my mouth is watering! I love how we are able to learn about different traditions through your channel. Often southern Indian states and culture are lumped into one, but you are bringing out the uniqueness of each region. We have different languages, traditions and food, glad you are showcasing this for others to appreciate
I enjoyed the detailed explanation of the distinct traits of Malayalam food culture, and it is heartening to see that the generous hosts have maintained that in Delhi--one of the best episodes. Thank you.
Nice video depicting sadhya..I have visited multiple times to Guruvayur temple at mayur vihar with my keralites friends to have this honour... thanks..
Anubhav sapraji kitni matlab kitni tarif karu apki.mere to words bhi nahi hai.itna ache host.phir itna acha food.or anchor app jaise hai. Lajawab, umada, khoobsurat or bhi koi word ho to app soch lijiye. Bahut ache video banate ho aap.ek din aap bahut jaldi tv par ane wale ho.jaha aap ka proper interview hoga food ko lekar. Best of luck.
Awesome spread, all homemade with so much of patiences, loved the hospitality. Very inspiring. So happy to have come across the experiance of cooking for onam sadhya, many thanks🙏
There is no topic that Anubhav doesn't have an idea about. Even when the host was talking about the history of Malyalis in North he had something to contribute.

this tradition and atheist is awesme may i say a heaven that i want to part off but women ke liye kitna tough hai tradition ke naam pe itni mazdoori why we cannot eat one item one day if one to enjoy bas variety ko culture ...
Even in Maharashtra, especially in Brahmin homes, tea leaves are always separately boiled in water and then while serving, milk is added. Only street vendors make tea by boiling tea+milk+water.
That lady’s fluent Hindi, knowledge of food and beautiful house keeping. Brilliant

With all due respect, South Indian cuisine is far far superior than north indian food. There is a method to the madness... Muhh mein paani aa gaya
