Instead of 4.7 m ohm I used 20 Meg ohm which means that it charges slower and discharges slower , giving much greater control over it and I have made it into a 3.7 volt torch on verroboard
Please allow me a "note" I found out that the MOSFET IRF doesn't seem to open completely when the UP switch is connected to the Drain. (tried several IRF's). They do however open completely when I connect the UP-switch to the positive (Vb) rail.

What is working voltage of the HPL LED ?
When I set it at 6v (or any volt) and turn off power, is it will be saved at 6v when turn on the power again?
