I love how your deep hatred of den Perry developed over the second series to the point where you would immediately shout "oh fu@k off" everytime he appears on screen. Funny as fook
The music playing when the Crimetime van pulls in the carpark is an upbeat version of the music used in Peter Kay: Bolton Albert Halls when it shows the guests entering the building.
In the cast commentary on the DVD, for which he is absent, Kay, McGuinness, et al repeatedly refer to Kitson as "The bastard". Apparently this is because he found the series 2 Chinese stowaways subplot to be racist, and the writing lazy. His concerns about this were stiffly rebuffed by Kay, which caused a public spat between them. If I remember correctly, he also stated that Phoenix Nights was the worst thing he had ever done. The bastard!
He's also the man who started the myth that Bob Holness played sax on Baker street. He said it as a joke on his radio show and over the next few years it somehow became accepted as a fact. Even respected music journos started quoting it as real.
You are soooo funny. been watching these for ages & this always is my fave one. I always love how when Den Perry is mentioned you just blurt some funny shit out & i always do it with ya always makes me laugh!!!! DEN PERRY DID IT!!!!!! lmaoooo! Thank you so much lol & whats even better is i am from UK from Yorkshire so these vids always is my go to for a good laugh thanks bud!! Respect from UK!
The guys in the photo who “look like the Chuckle Brothers” are Cannon and Ball, a similar comedy duo who were more aimed at adults. The would often play the working men’s clubs that the Phoenix is based on.
Can't tell you how many times I've watched through PN. One of the very best. M&P are amazing too, but Car Share is something else. You'll really enjoy that.
Found it haha, just know once you watched them out of order so ignore my previous comment about asking which one had the penis bouncy castle haha! Hope you're doing well Noah, by far you're the funniest person doing reactions, or certainly one of the best by a long mile!

Car share has series 1 with 6 episodes, series 2 with 4 episodes, series 3 with 2 episodes and an audio special. CAR SHARE DO ON DAILYMOTION IT'S TH-cam COPYRIGHTED. That Spencer was the Dj in the 1st episode. Also please react to the services pilot of that Peter kay thing it's the best episode. Crime time is a parody of a British TV show.

Glossed over "police probe Leeds girls snatch" absolute genius headline.. Brits will get it
Spat my drink out when I saw that again.
Lol so subtle 🤣
Also 'pull off into paradise' is vaguely dirty lol
Really lovely to watch this with you. I’m a Brit so seen before but I must say it is genius. So funny to see your reactions. ❤

"Police probe a Leeds Girl's snatch" LMFAO
Classic British comedy 5:05
The barman Spencer is Daniel Kitson, a comedian in his own right. He was also a St John’s ambulance paramedic in an episode of That Peter Kay Thing.
He is highly regarded amongst other comedians

His Edinburgh shoes were amazing back in the day. If he did the DVD/TV route, he'd be at similar level to Jon Richardson etc
He was also in the earlier start of series 1, he stormed out when the power went out
@@gsampson97 let’s get ready to rumbllllleee!
The CrimeTime presenter is played by Stuart Maconie, he's a well known DJ/music journalist, i've read a couple of his books.
He's also the man who started the myth that Bob Holness played sax on Baker street. He said it as a joke on his radio show and over the next few years it somehow became accepted as a fact. Even respected music journos started quoting it as real.
@@mrblue193 Yeah I remember that. I think he said it when he was writing for the NME and everyone believed it..including myself lol.
Just saw him on Richard Osman's House of Games. Low-key but an entertaining show.
@@mrblue193 he was also the 1st person to play James Bond. Bob not Stuart.
Great work Noah. When you are finished with the series please watch the bloopers reel, it’s incredible.
"Urgh. They're stone bastard cold, these!" I can't help but hear that every time in this episode. 🤣
@@ChristopherStendeck who’s made em? Lads in back!

Really enjoyed this episode and your reaction Noah.
"He'll be playing me, I'll be playing me"
Peter Kay at 11:36 , wonder what he was discussing 😂😂😂
Not treating me like one of bee gees 😂😂😂😂
Can't believe you missed "police probe Leeds girls snatch".

Ted Robins who played Don Perry had a heart attack not long after finishing Phoenix nights he had to lose a lot of weight
He actually had the near fatal heart attack in 2015 on the opening night of the Phoenix Nights stage show. Lovely man in real life.
@@jen6879 I think Ted Robbins is Paul McCartney's cousin, and sister of Kate Robbins
Love this series and your videos 😀👍

"Man down" is a great 20 or so episode show if you are looking for something new. Stupid, ridiculous and vulgar -- all the good stuff.
What’s the music in the first few seconds of the video??
can't believe this had a dislike, some people have no sense of humour 😕, u have to react to the outtakes after you have finished it, hilarious 😆
Looking forward to Car Share..it's my favourite Peter Kay show 😊

You should definitely check out The League of Gentlemen if you haven't already 😉

"Two words! Biko! That's what it is!"
I think the theme tune is played on a Xylophone not bells…..👍🏻
It's a glockenspiel. Xylophone is wooden
said it before once you are done with phoenix nights you gotta watch series 1 and 2 outtakes they are hilarious
Watering down the beer. I'm sure most of their customers wouldn't notice
They weren’t watering down the beer. They were filling the glass from a beer bottle and pretending it was from the tap
Definitely watch max and paddy next

Crimetime meaning Crimewatch
I've just realised that's Stuart Maconie.
same here, I don't think I've seen this specific episode in ages, had no idea he was in it.
Maybe you could react to the Wallace & Gromit shorts if you haven’t seen them.
Right up no right up!
Can’t beat max and paddy
Get that fooking cooker on
The last episode does feature one of the characters dressed as an infamous 70s singer
Perfect timing
