There’s a lot to unpack here! My only medium sized gripe is No SpyHunter?!? 🙄 Only 400 to 500 Six player X-Men cabs were made? Really?!? It was ( or still is) so popular! I thought like at least 1000 cabs were produced! I Love TRON and Discs of Tron and I clearly remember as a tween using the aiming knob in DOT when in the 5th or 6th level you use it to aim not just left or right but up and down. Mind Blown! 🤯 The sit down STUN Runner is Awesome and that Star Trek cab is sweet plus underrated! A great place with a lot of awesome cabs and pins! 😎
It's great to see someone that is so excited about arcade gaming. I have so many memories of going to the arcade every Saturday with a pocket full of quarters
I dont mean to be off topic but does anybody know of a way to get back into an Instagram account? I was stupid lost my login password. I love any help you can offer me
@ 12:36 I love Gorf! One of my all time favorites! One of the few games (it and SInstar) that talk smack to you when you die! @ 19:52 Mappy another top favorite! Awesome huge marquee on it! @ 21:22 Temple of Doom and Road Runner! Spent SOOOOO many quarters and hours on those! Haven't played either in decades! @ 37:01 Star Trek! I haven't played the stand up version in decades! The pinball HOF in Las Vegas, NV. has the sit down version (which I prefer). HOLY CRAP! @ 41:52 Wizard of Wor!?!?! Haven't even seen one since 1985 or so! AMAZING! Nice collection folks!
I was there in November..I can't believe it is that cheap to get in..The Cuban sandwich was awesome. I played Gorf while there and the the pinball machines were amazing..People have no idea what a gift he provides to the community. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE open a location in Houston!!!!
What an stunning arcade! I thought the original Q-bert didn't have a light up marquee? I thought all Tetris games were a conversion. Didn't realize they had dedicated cabinets & cabarets.
It is a pleasure to listen to your presentation, this place is a paradise of fun. In my opinion, even after years that no longer produce pinball, Williams / Bally remain the best for the playing field. I wish you much luck, especially for the commitment you put into it !!!!
I would love to own a bubble hockey unit- that is absolute goals for me! Love the video, the place and the grind- you guys are doing God's work keeping these machines in operating condition 👍🤘
Check against Galloping Ghost to make sure your the only one to a particular arcade game. Love your selection and knowledge only wish you were here in California.
I'm a fan of the Arlington location. Last there in late December. Coming back tomorrow (Wednesday). I'm a former RADIO DJ and Copywriter in TV of the late 1970s to 1980s. I'd really like to play some of the games I played in the1970s - 1980s in Odessa/Midland and El Paso. Favorite all time VIDEO game was BREAKOUT. And the original PAC MAN. Miss those so much. In PINBALL do you all have a DISCO FEVER machine in your collections? Was a DJ in many nightclubs and I played every night pre opening or post closing. GOTTLIEB BASEBALL was one of the first machines I ever played at an A&W near my high school in 1973. The FOOTBALL version was amazing as well at a Bowling Alley. Great sound to those old machines. 1978 ATARI SUPERMAN was special as was what a 1980s vintage ELVIRA with great sound effects as well. Memory lane. Hope you'll keep those in mind as you all add to or rotate to your collections. Thanks! Steve.
I'm from the Odessa/Midland area. Did you DJ for any local stations? Most of my arcade memories come from the local Gatti's Land arcade and the local Mall's arcade in the late '90s.
@@Clos93 Yes. Have you guys heard of Galloping Ghost in Illinois? They have a little arcade out there with over 700 games. They might have some of the games you claim are only available there.
@@cshyden th-cam.com/video/Drq7y8yMzXY/w-d-xo.html i work for a guy that has the worlds largest arcade collection he just payed 3k for one don't wanna be a jerk but if i were to sell it id probably ask him first
@@lippy22 i never played it. I just remember the guy that runs the ghost saying it is pretty rare. That is the only place I have ever seen it. The ghost has everything tho. Like 750 games. All stand-ups and a totally separate building for pins. $20 gets u in. 11am - 2am. Keep your receipt and u can return same day. Place is awsum sauce
Why can’t this be in my area!! Retrocade heaven. Emulators are just ok, but NOTHING like playing on the originals. Only $10? You guys need to do different price structures; $10 for kids, $20 for adults. Where else can you get all day entertainment for that?
I feel like we need a comparison between this chain of arcades with those of the big ones like Twin galaxies and Gameworkz. I am sure there are more of these places to make comparisons to.
I decided not to travel anymore after Covid. This arcade palace made me rethink that idea.
I just visited this site during an overnight layover: the lineup is different, but it's still an awesome way to spend a few hours!
And that Tron pinball is even more impressive in person.

Dam I hope Texas appreciates free play because I would die to be able to go to a arcade like this so lucky 🍀 man.
I live in Texas, only 9 hours away from free play, but ill show up for their spring series event in April.

What is the second monitor on the candy cab playing ninja combat? How does it work what kind of cabinet is it in ??
