請問若有近視及老花度數適合戴近視隱形眼鏡嗎？度數如何調整呢？因為有時需要運動會流汗，戴眼鏡不太習慣及舒服，若戴近視度數的隱眼鏡片手機就看不清楚了，又不能像戴近視眼鏡把眼鏡拿掉看近，目前日常是戴多焦鏡片眼鏡

這是老人眼花（老花）的中藥不仿試試看,青仁烏豆1斤,甘杞4兩,兩樣煉茶喝,記得不能用鐵,鋁壺要用陶瓷壺的,在吃此藥時不能吃到蘿蔔,芹菜,茶葉泡的茶會無效的。下來這是老人視力減退用的,扁白葉一把,燉雞,鴨肝,服用
