*Couldn't live without it! Does a Wonderful job **MyBest.Tools** cleaning floors of dust bunnies pet hair, kitchen crumbs, etc. Easy to wash, dry and pretty easy to put parts back in place.*
*I absolutely love this thing for cleaning all flooring surfaces **MyBest.Tools** even does a great job on throw rugs. Highly recommend! Cuts cleaning time in half!*
I love mine after 10 years. That said take note: I treat mine like a baby and read and followed ALL instructions no short cuts. I don’t leave excess water in it and carefully store all attachments. I don’t mix anything else with the water no vinegar. I only use distilled water not tap like he says bc it will develop limescale and need to be descaled with 1/3 vinegar and 2/3 water ( see TH-cam video for H2O care and maintenance, we have hard water. Only use on SEALED floors he even says that so laminate/fake wood floors is out of the question bc the excess water it leaves will ruin your floors and get in between the crevices bc it’s not sealed. Now, the 10-15 seconds to kill e-coli and salmonella I think is overreach. That’s only if you remain in one spot with continuous constant steam. No one is going to leave it in 1 spot, count to 10 seconds then move to the next spot. It would take forever to clean. Just use a Lysol or Clorox wipe or spray. 2 nozzles are not nearly enough. I bought 8 bc I like to totally separate certain cleaning zones with a dedicated nozzle. I also found the triangle mop attachment too small for larger rooms so I bought the large rectangle mop attachment to cover more surface areas. Personally, I wouldn’t use it on anything but tile, linoleum, ceramic, marble. I wouldn’t even use it on wood bc I’d worry @ the excess water it leaves which is more than a mop and bucket. See how he uses a rag to wipe up the dirt and water? That happened on my tile floor at the #4 setting. I just used a towel to wipe up excess and left it to air dry. At the time my whole house was tile so no problem. I didn’t use it for garments and didn’t have curtain panels. I used it to clean tile grout with the nozzle, and to direct in crevices around my faucets, shower/window tracks, sink, seasonal items in the garage and scrubbed each individual bathroom tile to get dirt that didn’t come up with my mop. I didn’t use it for my toilet either bc I’m a germaphone and don’t want to think I used it for my toilet then my kitchen despite different nozzles being used. I LOVED it on my baseboards which initially I kept scrubbing with a scotchbrite sponge and a AP cleaner and wasted a lot of elbow grease. Then I used this and the embedded dirt came right up. I moved and now have laminate wood floors so I’m bummed I can’t use it on my floors but still like it as a hand steamer. It’s a carpet “refresher” not a shampooer. It doesn’t suck up dirt. Tip: use a label maker to put each nozzle in a baggie so you don’t cross contaminate. As far as people saying it’s a POS it’s a gamble just like any product. Every company will always have a portion of their products be “made on a Friday” so it’s defective. Even 4.5 star products on Amazon will always have a number of people who got a defective item. I can’t speak @ customer service bc I haven’t called. And no I’m not a paid reviewer, salesperson, fake. Just telling my own experience.
So I just bought this on Amazon prime and got 20$ discount just bought it for 79$ it's absolutely fantastic I'm thrilled can't wait to use and put my experience here 😃 Love from Africa 🌍
I bought it few years ago and it worked amazingly. Thinking to buy one again. If used with proper care one can probably use it for 3 or 4 yrs. Moreover, it is worth the price and works amazingly!!
People who haven't sold their product yet are always so much more enthusiastic when showing you how it works, as opposed to those giving you a how-to tutorial AFTER you've bought it.
HSN. It was the first time my wife watched the channel. We saw how cool the demo was and how much better it seemed to work than our shark steam mop. The one we bought works very well. None of the problems I'm reading here. Well worth the $90.
I have this steam mop and absolutely love it. I have shoulder and back problems and this makes cleaning my floors so much easier. When I am finished everything is clean and smells fresh. I also like how my floors dry so quick not like when I use a bucket and mop.
weight gets in the corners and cleans, I didn't know if just steam would clean the floors, but it does. I have used on carpet and to clean upholstery, did a good job. I only have one concern, and that is the handle. It is lightweight and I am a little concerned that it will break. But so far, so good.
I am really tempted to get this, because it looks like it would make a BIG difference in cleaning at my house. However, I read reviews of this product online and many users complained of the device not heating up, leaking water, the handle being flimsy, etc.
same. I really want to get a reliable steam cleaner (that hopefully doesn't have negative reviews like that) so we can ditch the usual cleaning chemicals and replace the regular clothes iron... But is there any good enough to last? 😮💨😓
So I’m confused now. I just bought this product and I put it together. I’m looking here for assurance that I got it right and I read about the problems. I’m a nurse and I would love to use steamer for my floors and almost anything else to avoid bringing home some germs. I don’t have real hard wood floors or tiles so I’m afraid to use it. However, I’m going to try and if it doesn’t work to my satisfaction I’ll toss it and buy something else. I need it.
so how about showing how to put the cloth's on the attachments instead of just moving from one already set up to the next, I have this but it was my mum's who never used it but opened the box and lost any instructions there might have been with it, so how do you put the thing that looks like a mitt on ??, how to put on the shower cloth, and the tiny stretchy cloth for the clothes steaming,
Me too! I don't know what it was about it, but my 10 year old mind fell in love with this steam cleaner. I used to dream about buying it when I would grow up :D
This thing has pissed me beyond imagination 😢. I paid $187. The hose in water tank dislodged itself after 3 months and you cannot reach the damn peg not even with tweezers it's a design flaw so it's useless. They claim money guarantee the package and owners manual has no way to reach customer service. The plastic guide part you use on the carpet constantly falls off. You'll be ready to throw it. # I want my money or replace it something.
I love the h20 mop x5 I'm going to buy mine from qvc uk shopping channel. I have seen the infomercials of the x5 so many times so now I'm deffinetly goi g to buy my very own h20 mop x5. I will do an unboxing video when I buy my x5.
So far so good with this vacuum. th-cam.com/users/postUgkx8ISPQRRAfpAaX4msGjyodObTBnlj4T5g I was a little concerned to find it seems to be all plastic, but the reviews were good, so I'm hoping for the best. Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.

I don't understand ~ he showed the rug being cleaned using the black tray accessory. I have that but where does the dirt go? Into the machine? They miss some key points in the presentation. I did my vinyl flooring on #2 and that seemed fine. But I do not have the black tape on the bottom of my machine. It didn't come with the black guards. So all kinds of questions.
Does anyone have any recommendations on a GOOD steam cleaner easy to use and safe on laminate? Thanks in advance. I was thinking about getting this until reading some of the comments.
Only problem I have with mine is the handle is hard to remove When changing to hand held, I keep nipping my finger! I do find it does the job only had it two weeks so time will tell.
The grounding pin broke off my power cord last time i unplugged it. How do I repair it? Will I get electrocuted if I try and use it without the grounding pin?
I purchased in October last year. Added the 9.99 for extra filter, tank and others, I also purchased the 39.99 blast package. Brining my total to 159.99. My purchase can't with missing parts, as they requested take pictures of these that didn't come, I also circled items in your manual. After the fact, they tell me then, I ordered a different h20mop. The dual mop. I told company, all parties, that I hadn't received the blast package. I wanted to return everything. Product ruined my rug..
Hi there I can not get the handle off the steamer, to give me a hand held steamer. What shall I do. I have enjoyed using it as a floor steamer but the long handle gets in the way of everything
this thing makes our floor stickier, and lackluster! it doest work as intended! don't listen to good comments they're paid look at their profile. what it can clean are those dirt that can be cleaned by a wipe alone. It's heavy, noisy, and probably consumes a lot of energy as it uses heat.
I think I have the newer version of this maybe? It's slightly flimsy but the steam is fantastic!! It's much quicker and more hygienic than a regular mop or cloth.
+Jessica Francis If you read my above posts, the only advice I can give you is use your steamer every day or other day. That way when it breaks down you won't lose your money like I did by returning the 1st one, a week after the 3 month limit, only because I used it 3-4 times in 3 months. Good Luck! P,S, After having no success with 4 other makes of steamers, I finally bought the Sienna Eco-Steamer and have used it almost every day for the last 5 months and it still works! Best steamer I have ever had the pleasure of owning :)
A tip for these! Add white vinegar to the water, stops it scaling up.. only used mine once, went to use it again and no steam, watched TH-cam tutorials and took it apart to unblock the scale.
That gold looking bristle brush is not included. I emailed them to only find out I'd have to purchase separately. That was only one reason I purchased it; for that brush. I paid an extra $20 for basically extra mop heads
In hard water areas this rapidly scales up beyond the help of vinegar. I have just taken one apart and the micro pump has failed. No source for replacement (Chinese) pump found. Any ideas?
Bought one the other day and Sam’s retail price was $220 bided for $150 the lady said it came with five pads the only thing that he didn’t come with was the holes attachment. And got some extra stuff with that the Dust mop Rags and extra mop attachments going to try on my tile have three 🐕🐕🐕 my grout is pretty bad
Why does mine not steam up as fast as this? Mine just turns on and beeps. There's water inside the tank, but doesn't steam like shown. What am I doing wrong?
I'm trying to figure out I'm trying to figure out how to order another small thin white pad to use on the floor I'm not finding anywhere to order extra pads anybody have any clue
I used the accessories yesterday, not bad, not as powerful as I thought it would be cleaning grease off my stove. The brass brush didnt last long the bristles all folded over. the nylon one just dissolved. not good quality. Grout didnt clean all that well, best all over is the floor cleaner, its just great. i use it on my timber floors. Chopping block looked the same. Window cleaning tool ok, hard to put the cloth over. Booklet did not give instructions. Overall i am glad i bought it but it does have its limitations. Tools need to be better quality
this product actually works, but bare in mind this product kinda disposable, once broken just throw it in the garbage... for longer use just handle this product like you handling the most fragile glass in the whole world...
I have one love it but I cannot get the handle off to do tile and bethroom. I have pressed the button i have pulled the handle I ha twisted the handle, still can't get it off. I am 75. Use it for my kitchen and bathroom floor but cannot remove it to cleen sink tiles, window?

This thing is awesome. It works better than our Shark steamer, no lie! I love it. Was just cleaning my ceiling fans with it tonight

Can anyone give me contact number of service center to repair this mop?
We bought not one but TWO of these cleaners (this brand & model). The same thing happened with each. Right after the i year guarantee had expired, the machine flooded & destroyed our kitchen floors. It also DOES NOT clean carpet but merely "refreshes" it. Others who reviewed this steam mop were angry when they tried to use it to clean oven doors, etc. They inferred that some substance, such as soy sauce had to have been used on the oven doors, in the demo., as it didn't do anything, as far as cleaning is concerned, where ground-in or older dirt was concerned!!
Nice to have an honest review
I have one and my carpet was so dirty and it saved my life
everyones saying bad thinga about theirs, but we have had ours for over a year and its still a champ. i love it.
How do you use it to actually clean a carpet? Not just revive?
I have lost /misplaced the triangular piece where the cloth is attached and am unable to get a replacement one anywhere, so it is a waste.Desperately looking for replacement can some one please confirm where I can get one
Being a nerd I am giving everybody my opinion after giving this a real
test after such along time. First it cleans but I would never use this
on a real hardwood floor because water and steam is the enemy of wood
and it also leaves a streak. Steam does disinfected but keep in mind
that when you are using this that your are trying to clean with hot
water only. The high setting only produces more hot water and it does
not produce a higher steam level which makes it pretty much useless
because more water means a longer wait for it to dry may as well stay on
the lower setting less water same steam. The steam that it produces is
the same as your kettle, to produce a high steam it has to be under
pressure which this unit does not do the 1500 watts only boils the water
faster it does not produce a higher steam like my pro unit does.
Filling it is awkward with that little cork thing and it's good for only
about 5 minutes before a refill is necessary. However it sure beats
kneeling down or using a mop to clean the floor and as far as removing
heavy cooking grease from your stove good luck you will need a lot of
time and refills and a lot of paper towels to mop up the water.
Please, where can I find the written electronic manual for this machine? Or for X6, even better 🙏
I used to get up early in the morning before school just so I could watch this
I didn't do the hard floors yet but I did the carpet and it's thinking makes a good difference in the it definitely fashions it up
I HAVE IT AND THE ULTRA TODAY BOTH OF THEM NO STEAM EVERYTHING IS RIGHT LIGHT BUT NO STEAM IM V SAD B CAUSE I LOVE THEM WHAT CAN I DO PLSE LET ME KNOW

That gold looking bristle brush is not included. I emailed them to only find out I'd have to purchase separately. That was only one reason I purchased it; for that brush. I paid an extra $20 for basically extra mop heads
It’s my favourite mop ever
My steam cleaner does not turn in to GREEN.
advise what should I do
I lost the hand held steamer hose and wish to replace the other pieces
In hard water areas this rapidly scales up beyond the help of vinegar. I have just taken one apart and the micro pump has failed. No source for replacement (Chinese) pump found. Any ideas?
Bought one the other day and Sam’s retail price was $220 bided for $150 the lady said it came with five pads the only thing that he didn’t come with was the holes attachment. And got some extra stuff with that the Dust mop Rags and extra mop attachments going to try on my tile have three 🐕🐕🐕 my grout is pretty bad

I wanted to get it. Does it actually not work well? 😭 because regular mops leave water too.
A Non it doesnt leave water I have it
@@anon4041 It says in the directions to make sure you have a towel to clean up excess water.
it says that they have 30 days money back guarantee... Why not all of you that is not satisfied return it and get back your money???
How much are the accessories
I used the accessories yesterday, not bad, not as powerful as I thought it would be cleaning grease off my stove. The brass brush didnt last long the bristles all folded over. the nylon one just dissolved. not good quality. Grout didnt clean all that well, best all over is the floor cleaner, its just great. i use it on my timber floors. Chopping block looked the same.
Window cleaning tool ok, hard to put the cloth over. Booklet did not give instructions.
Overall i am glad i bought it but it does have its limitations. Tools need to be better quality
Vacuum option is also missing
How do you attach cloth to window tool
I still can't figure out how to do it either I hope someone tells us
I love mine. I order more pads , it works great, yes it leaves a little of water. So I used a rag to dry it faster😁☹️☹️ also I paid $19.00 total
Where do you get refills?
Where did you buy it?
Where did you buy it for $19.00 ?
As I was just about to buy of this machine
Wish | 👂👂 all of these warnings prior to purchasing. Use distilled water and the linoleum must be professionally laid.
this product actually works, but bare in mind this product kinda disposable, once broken just throw it in the garbage... for longer use just handle this product like you handling the most fragile glass in the whole world...
I love it it works
Thank you GOD for my x5
