Tanfield - the world's oldest railway explored from the air

This is a cinematic video of Tanfield Railway in County Durham, UK, filmed from the air. Dating back to 1725, Tanfield is the world's oldest railway, attracting thousands of visitors each year. I have spent many years photographing the decaying engines and rolling stock in the sidings and filming the site by drone has given me a new perspective on a place I thought I knew so well.
The film was shot entirely on DJI Spark, compiled from 16 flights. Still photography was shot on Nikon D7000. The film was edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. Music track by Ian Post, Artlist.io.

This is exceptional camera work and very imaginative use of a drone. By far the best such video I have seen. Thank you. This was made all the more enjoyable for me having visited the Tanfield for the first time only last month and having taken some successful still shots in the amazing yard full of derelict stock. It is great that railway staff are not "precious" and allow one to explore with care.

That steam loco at 1:50 is from Tasmania. All of that class (M and MA) have been preserved in Tassie, one in Victoria, and this one all the way over on the other side of the world. It's really sad to see it in that state.. Who knows, when I eventually win the lottery, I'll throw a heap of dosh at them to do a nuts and bolts restoration.
