Meteoric you are my favorite youtuber and i have a challenge for you. it is called “noob to max level but i can’t use any fruits” rules: no fruits, raids are allowed, 2x exp is allowed, and anything that helps you not suffer is allowed. I hope you use this because I think it will make a good video.
The reason u can do raids is because a lot of things in second and third sea like fighting styles, or swords/weapons need frags to buy them.

the reason why the smoke admiral "lost his will to fight" is because every time the factory is going to be breached, EVERY NPC BECOMES LITERALLY DISABLED (this includes RAID npcs and npcs on other islands). this lasts for until the "ALERT, THE FACTORY HAS BEEN BREACHED" message appears.
