Fix it ✅ KRUPS EA829810 🔥 Error: Plug Symbol 🔥 NTC sensor Repair 🔥 Fully Automatic Coffee Machine Espresso machine Krups Latt'Espress
❌ Problem: The coffee machine does not start
✅ Error: Display shows "Plug Symbol"
We carefully disassemble all covers, casings and display to look for the problem and solve it
As we can see, there are broken solders on the NTC sensor, which is glued with a ceramic pad on the heater to regulate its temperature.
We measure with a mutimeter whether the NTC resistor is healthy
We carefully solder the two cables on the ceramic pad with a soldering iron

Even 2 year after your post people are helped :-) I repaired my Krups EA81 machine (heat seal rubber) and since I had opened it a few time I suddenly had the "plug error" I could not find a solution until I noticed your video with the same fault. I checked the wires (1 loose) resoldered both and machine is up and running again. 15.000 cups of coffee and ready for the next 10.000. thanks !
Thanks! This saved me buying a new machine. 45 Mins and works like new again, awesome! 👍🏻
Works perfect. Took me 20 min and a trip to the hardware store. Thumbs up. Two thumbs up
Great video. My 8 year old EA829810 was randomly giving the power plug symbol and if I was lucky, I could make one cappuccino 😢.😊 I did need to buy a cheap 80 watt soldering iron as my 50 watt Weller wasn't capable to keep the solder fully melted. Be careful with the steam pipe and it may be advisable to remove it at 2:00 minutes into the video. After many years of service making 8k cappuccinos running steam through the steam pipe, the connection to the tube will become fragile. Mine broke in 3 parts and needed to be replaced. Nevertheless a great video giving you the confidence to open your machine and fix what doesn't seem to be that obvious. 😊😊😊❤
Muito obrigado!! 👏Genial. Salvou-me de comprar nova máquina. Despois de soldar os dois contactos, ficou a funcionar. Minha Krups é a EA815070.
It worked!!! we had a lot more screws to take out 😂 but espresso martinis 🍸 are back on the menu 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 thank you for sharing your knowledge 👌👌👌
Thank you. This saved me a lot of money.
Thank You !!
Full success! Higher power soldering tool is necessary. My 50W Weller hardly managed to heat the pads.
thanks very much, same issue, same process, machine was slightly different but it works now ! $$$ saved !
thank you, it took me 1 hour to fix it. great job
thanks for share, therefore I cant find NTC here, do you have NTC spec?
Thank you very much for the informative video, my EA8250 works perfect again ;-)
you saved my social coffee life and 300€, thank you.
Hello thanks a lot for you very good video. I followed it step by step and it was easy to get to the sensor. My model is slightly different but inside everything was the same. The contacts on my model are still well attached and it was not necessary to solder them. There is a small 1cmx1cm releigh on the main board that is clicking when I start my machine followed by the plug symbol. Could you give me a hint please what needs to be repaired if it is not the sensor, if I unplug and plug in several times my machine it sometimes starts and works .
Excellent video. Thank you very much, it helped me 👍💪💪💪
Thank you, some problem in model Krups EA815 - EA816 - EA817. That part raises a lot of temperature, doesn't the tin come off at that temperature?
Merci énormément ça bien fonctionné pour moi 👍🏼
Excellent video. Thank you very much, it helped me
Thanks!
Alors oui sa peut être cela , pour ma part c'était la piece de ma chaufferie elle même
Its possible
What is the correct NTC resistance to decide if NTC is healthy ?
CTN 100K ohms à 0°c => 66K à 25°c
tnks man!
What is the size of the resistance whent you test health oh NTC sensor please
Thank you man! :)
Hello! I glued the two contacts, the washing machine gives the error again. what can it be?
Works 👏👏👏👍👌
Hello. How can i test the sensor on boiler. I think it is damaged.
Check with the multimeter if there is resistance in the sensor?
Thank you
35.9 ohm or 35.9kohm please my machine I measure with digital meter is 85 KOhm thanks.
The measured resistance is changed by the temperature of the thermal sensor. Otherwise, it is measured in Kohm !!
What is the default value in 25degres please
Hola buenas tardes una pregunta cuando es otro modelo y tiene el mismo problema el modelo es EA826E52
yo tenía el mismo problema en la EA815 - EA816 - EA817
Hello
Just soldered pins and after work there is no success
Machine show again plug in/out error
Check the temperature sensor with a multimeter if it is healthy
Ok thanks
I will later test thermistors, the multimeter is in my office
I have notices markings on the thermistors:
Microtemp
AEBAAA
G4A00
Tf2160
Sorry, ive pasted it so theres to much spaces
Hello
Thermo fuses replaced but no luck
The maschine continue showing plug out error during preheating
Hello may I know the value of the sensor at the heater?
CTN 100K ohms à 0°c => 66K à 25°c
What can i do now
Thanks
I'm working on my one 😅
