the lightening packet comes with the dye , u mix the two together . yes , it does have a small amount of bleach in it , but only a very small amount . i find that my hair is actually softer and shiner after using this !
MorningStarr the boxes are no more than 7 depending on store. But the products I put in my hair I binged and spent like 80. But that was like 6months worth of supplies very unnesscary just pick less items you think will moisture ur hair

As long as its at leaat 3 months and you took proper care of it. And make sure your hair is 3-4 days unwashed

I did 30 mins. I wouldnt do it longer it could further damage your hair to leave it in too long
But if you use the boxes I did make sure they have the hair lightening packs in them. If they dont it may not work the same
