Best thing about the tutorial is that you show in which order you should skill. Most tutorials just show complete lvl 45 builds so it's hard for us beginners without all the skills points to know which skill to choose over others :) Great Job!
for anyone who ask if this works ! So yeah it works so good i could Solo bosses with this build but i got so many difficult with others (dark, lighting and more.. ) And what you should do when the Boss have some gardians with him to focus the Boss.. When you will get out of stealth and Ur 1 is on cooldown just SS or go to the back of the boss then what you have to do is to get into stealth again and repeat the combo ( RMB-F RMb-F ) And when you're out of focus you can use X or Poison bomb to poison him and then click 1 so you have extra 6 Sec stealth and u can use 3 too if all ur stealth abilities are on CD.. And repeat.. So easy to solo bosses ! Thanks for the tutorial !
Wow! This is great! I rolled a second account, after getting to 44 with a blade dancer and there is very little content for pve for lbd. So its nice to find this, though I am just getting started, it shows a real nice progression of where to allocate your points. So thanks.
yeah i just realized it was because my fingers were weak from grinding too much lol. My combos are much faster after a day but still not quite as fast but that will come with practice.

If you wouldn't mind answering, what soul shield set are you using? & how long does it take to kill bosses for example Brightstone? I only got to 45 recently & working on upgrading everything, but curious to know how much more powerful you can get.

Pressing V for fighting spirit also gives stealth for 15 seconds plus fully restores focus and resets cool down of some attacks whilst raising crit up by 70% and other buffs you should try it haha

Also really easy to get in stealth is to put 2 points on C and if you're being attacked during that you get to use acid shuriken + tab and bam you're in stealth.
It really bothers me how 90% of the assassin "guides" I see always misslead people. Their F (DarkStrike) is only for out of stealth, in stealth its Lightning Crash which is also on F + they can spec 2 points into F so they get Lightning Pierce in stealth which then is available after a crit Backstab in stealth.. In this guide that one point into Dark Strike wont do anything durring stealth. Like come on man.

Pro Tip: If you are triggered by anything in life, realize it and take a break before taking any kinds of actions. You'll be able to avoid lots of trouble that way. (Though this was clearly not a bid deal. lol)

Dark strike? In stealth you get Lightning Crash not dark strike as far as I know. Also an advice for a safe Hook Kick re stealth is with Lotus Fury or Smoke Bomb, if you resist anything during either of those you get the poison shuriken ready so that + hook kick works perfectly and if you TP enough into Lotus Fury you get an extra 1 sec of I frames after the animation which is enough to enter stealth. Also we should mention that Throw Dagger stacks one poison which is an easy way to get shadow drain working and they are basically on the same cooldown.
nice, for someone with 0 experience in this game before its western launch this is very usefull.iline my assasin but so far wasnt sure if it pays out to skill towards stealth as main skillfocus because i wasnt sure i would be able to stay in stealth long enough for it to be viable option ^^ long story short: thx for the vid it helps me alot =)

I think Shadow Slash Tier 3 Form 2 is very good too in combo with Landmine, a lot of damage and on crit you can do it again usefull on AoE, Choke Bomb + Lightning Stride too.

I was going for Warlock on my other character since it's relatively new and I figured it would be easy to level with it but I always feel like something like an Assassin with fast physical capabilities would just be more fun.

+Andrew Gross In stealth you activate Lightning Slash after every RMB. I made a little mistake in the video and assumed it was Dark Strike back then. You should put another point into "Lightning Pierce" to enhance your stealth damage. I put an annotation in the video as well.

one thing i did not understand: should we use Dark Strike or Lightning Pierce? Dark Strike deal more damage and can regenerate focus on crit, but Lightning Pierce cost is only 1 focus
+Teldo Dark Strike does work in stealth, other then deal more damage and stacking bleed it also regenerate HP%. this is why i dunno which one of the two is the best one to use
I don't get the suggestion for 2 points in Shadowdrain, since none of the three skills in the rotation you give (Heart Stab, Dark Strike, and Shadow Dash) apply poison.
+Andrew Gross You can use your Shadow Shuriken (Stealth X) to apply 1 stack of poison. It has roughly the same cooldown like Shadowdrain, which makes it easy to use. Alternatively you can use your upgraded throwable mine to apply poison, too. (It works while stealthed)
+Redas Nekrosius In my opinion Pierce lighting fault , when i use that skill i remain without focus too but try to not use that and then tell me what happen.
+XdisaterX true lightning pierce drains focus but use your 4(must spec) and X throwing knife to gain focus and 100% chance of full focus on weapon or don't spec into lightning pierce and use the original f ability and u will use a lot less focus
+Tawbii at twitter I always use my X ability to apply poison right before Shadowdrain. Most of the time I wait until stealth is almost over to do that.
When your in Group Dungeons example Black Ram bosses do you do the Stealth + Rmb/F Spam combo ? or u don;t stealth, i find ti difficult trying to stealth and spam RMB/F when in Group dungeons because players tend to move arounda lot making the bosses turn all over.
+Brandon Kidz I don't do much PvE, but while levelling I dealt the majority of my dps in stealth. I also did that in Dungeons. I get what you mean though, it can be a little annoying sometines, but if you focus on it, you should be able to get into stealth more often than not.

Heart Stab 3 points down the left side will allow you to stun an enemy, reduce CD of Shadow Drain and remain in stealth. This is a CORE ability for perma-stealth. Fact is there isn't any build that will keep you perma-stealth. There will be 1 second where you aren't stealthed but all you need to do is Hook Kick a poisoned enemy to regain it.
+Nixxx'd96 Fair enough. I chose my words poorly by calling it perma stealth. I know it's technically not perma stealth, but it allows you to never be attacked by PvE mobs. And you're right. Those 3 points in Spinal Tap allow you to use Shadow Drain a little more often and it's something I should have mentioned. Thank you very much for the input!
sorry correct me if i am wrong because i really want to learn this, but when u are in stealth and u right click what you activate is lightning crash not dark strike so why put points into dark strike?
+e5ntre5h38y You can use your X ability in stealth to apply 1 poison for your Shadow Drain to stealth again. You can also get extra poison stacks from resisting damage and throwing Shadow Shuriken at your opponent.

+chen probs dont spam, its more about hitting it in rhythm and having rb leveled to the 4th will make it instant/faster animation cancelling

Use 2 (your dodge skill) when the boss is attacking you to get into stealth, then you just stay in stealth forever

my thing is with bolt strike is forces your camera to be close to your char which is mega annoying for me :c
How do you think dark strike affect on your hits in stealth if thit skill can be use onle from decoy stance?

***** It's an upgrade of Dark Strike, which improves your Stealth version of F. There's an annotation in the video showing it.
+Teldo Is the tooltip for lightning pierce incorrect? Because it still lists Critical Heart Stab as a prerequisite.

How are you suppose to poison the enemy with your RM+F combo so your shadow drain will restore your stealth?
one thing i did not understand: should we use Dark Strike or Lightning Pierce? Dark Strike deal more damage and can regenerate focus on crit, but Lightning Pierce cost is only 1 focus
+Brixegael Lightning Pierce works in stealth. Dark Strike doesn't. I made a mistake back when I created the video and corrected it with an annotation.
+Teldo Dark Strike does work in stealth, other then deal more damage and stacking bleed it also regenerate HP%.
this is why i dunno which one of the two is the best one to use

I kinda only get into stealth by accident. What is the best way to get into stealth?
I don't get the suggestion for 2 points in Shadowdrain, since none of the three skills in the rotation you give (Heart Stab, Dark Strike, and Shadow Dash) apply poison.
+Andrew Gross You can use your Shadow Shuriken (Stealth X) to apply 1 stack of poison. It has roughly the same cooldown like Shadowdrain, which makes it easy to use. Alternatively you can use your upgraded throwable mine to apply poison, too. (It works while stealthed)

No idea...how do you keep your focus regenerating so fast?
Two hits tiwh RMB and focus gone.
Spec 4 points in to heart stab it lowers focus cost
+Redas Nekrosius In my opinion Pierce lighting fault , when i use that skill i remain without focus too but try to not use that and then tell me what happen.
+XdisaterX true lightning pierce drains focus but use your 4(must spec) and X throwing knife to gain focus and 100% chance of full focus on weapon or don't spec into lightning pierce and use the original f ability and u will use a lot less focus

+Tawbii at twitter I always use my X ability to apply poison right before Shadowdrain. Most of the time I wait until stealth is almost over to do that.

When your in Group Dungeons example Black Ram bosses do you do the Stealth + Rmb/F Spam combo ? or u don;t stealth, i find ti difficult trying to stealth and spam RMB/F when in Group dungeons because players tend to move arounda lot making the bosses turn all over.
+Brandon Kidz I don't do much PvE, but while levelling I dealt the majority of my dps in stealth. I also did that in Dungeons. I get what you mean though, it can be a little annoying sometines, but if you focus on it, you should be able to get into stealth more often than not.
ohkay well Ty for the build the way u made/explained it is really amazing :) !! Now i can solo all those Dungeons , Kill the bosses without getting Hit, even the Field bosses with 4x my Hp i can solo them :) so really good work !

Heart Stab 3 points down the left side will allow you to stun an enemy, reduce CD of Shadow Drain and remain in stealth. This is a CORE ability for perma-stealth. Fact is there isn't any build that will keep you perma-stealth. There will be 1 second where you aren't stealthed but all you need to do is Hook Kick a poisoned enemy to regain it.
+Nixxx'd96 Fair enough. I chose my words poorly by calling it perma stealth. I know it's technically not perma stealth, but it allows you to never be attacked by PvE mobs. And you're right. Those 3 points in Spinal Tap allow you to use Shadow Drain a little more often and it's something I should have mentioned.

sorry correct me if i am wrong because i really want to learn this, but when u are in stealth and u right click what you activate is lightning crash not dark strike so why put points into dark strike?

+heishinigami Lag is the biggest problem in this game. Not much you can do about it, you could try some vpn service like WTFast or Battleping.
this build has alot around poisons on enemies but other than posion breath and landmine how are u supposed to apply poison stacks to enemies
+e5ntre5h38y You can use your X ability in stealth to apply 1 poison for your Shadow Drain to stealth again. You can also get extra poison stacks from resisting damage and throwing Shadow Shuriken at your opponent.
