Love this spread! All the colors blend so nicely. Love watching your videos and learning new techniques like hanging the square stickers like a picture. I would never think to do that myself! So glad you are able to make these beautiful spreads for us with all you have been through and are going through. Good idea to see an ENT. I have horrible ear problems. If you are having dizziness, nausea, spatial impairment, fullness in your ear and or funny sounds or sensations in your ear, you may have fluid in your middle or inner ear. Usually treated with steroids and antibiotics. It takes time to get it under control. No quick fix. Also, it usually takes 2 weeks for Flonase to start working. Hope you get the right diagnosis and treatment! ❤️
My night guard made a big difference! TMJ took an Audiologist to diagnose as TMJ! She was right on! Good luck and keep us/me updated!❤

Hi. You can try Bowen therapy for your TMJ. it’s a very gentle form of body work and it can correct it almost immediately.

I have the same tans it’s a combination of TMJ and migraine. You need a night guard for oTMJ and something for the migraine. I rarely have symptoms of fullness in ears and vertigo

Hope you feel better soon! It is so hard to have something going on and you just know that you are off but don't get an easy fix from the doctor. I love this spread; I knew it when you had the washi and the first coconut sticker down that I would love it.

Maryellen my ears tooooooo my right ear is totally plugged I’ve tried everything ugh make sure you’re not dehydrated that gets me and I feel dizzy I take Sudafed to dry up my ears, it’s awful
Sudafed doesn’t help me. I’m fully hydrated. I think it’s TMJ. Hope you feel better!

The ear thing happens to my mom and I can actually hear her be echoey its crazy. She thinks its TMJ as well, she clenches her jaw all night while she sleeps :/
