    It hope it might be the same in your area. If we notice limbs over power lines, we call the power company and they come out cut and remove them for free.

    Ever heard of a strait edge and a cutting torch, cut the bevel with cutting torch, then just a little clean up with a grinder for 1 manumit, job done!!

    Good job there Billy , Two things tho Should you weld sides on those teeth to keep from bending them hopefully and I don't think I would have cut that bevel on that straight edge since it is soft steel just my opinion ,but really nice job on all of it . that bucket looks professional . Great job fella !!

    hey Bill enjoying your vids a lot, your bucket mods are a window into your talents, self taught you mentioned once, well done m8 don't ever belitle your skills. One observation if you would permit me to make perhaps welding along the sides of the teeth this would give them better strength also would harden them a little

    it funny how different cameras pick up the colour of the mini digger ~ they range from orange red to orange or even bright orange

  • @eacomposites3014
    @eacomposites3014 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    that effect in the paint is a reaction between the orange paint you put on first and the black paint you put on after (and its called pickling) it due to the two different paints being of a different type (one might have been cellulose and the other acrylic etc) or it could have been caused by the you painting the black on to soon after the orange paint, so the orange paint had not fully hardened up and applying the black has caused a solvent reaction. EDIT: - sorry ill watch the whole video before i comment next time i promise :) you dont have to strip the paint gun down in order to clean it, in fact when i was tough to paint i was told its better to clean it without taking it apart all the time as taking it apart increases wear and can cause the seals and bits to give up, but i do understand what your saying about hassle of getting the gun out etc but i thought it might be worth it for the extra paint you can get on and being a tractor paint i would have thought you could get it in 2k direct gloss so no need for clearcoat/lacquer but still be harder wearing as its an enamel style paint. still it could be worth looking into if that style of paint would hold up better or not as they do look good once painted.
    anyways Bill have fun making stuff and ill continue to watch your your videos.
    one last quick thing about painting, is panel wipe not cheaper to buy/use than using brake cleaner? i know here in the uk we can buy a 5litre tin of panel wipe for £10 which is $14.61, just thought that might save you a few dollas if its cheaper than a can of brake cleaner

    lol.. I remember when Bill just had a hammer, rusty screwdriver and a shovel.... and all that sheet steel was leaning g up against the other side of the shed..

    bill as lomg as you dontuse 2 part paints, you can leave the paintin your gun, i picked up 3 trim guns from princess auto, crappy tire has em as well, one is my primer gun, the other is my tremclad black, 3rd is what ever i used last, i may even buy extra cups so i just remove the cup and store it as if it was a can. easy peasy and i never have to readjust the spray if i keep the psi the same.

    You know I can't wait till you buy a for reall real with the wain Roy swivel. Yyeah those wider buckets work good for grading flat ground. But it's a pain to because nothing is really that flat. You have to use the blade to get yourself set right. But a good job none the less.

    Nothing wrong with your welding bill, a certificate doesnt mean they are good.
    Use your digger and slowly push that tree over, the whole thing, digger will win.
    Ahh cute robin, yep keep away for as long as you can.
    The bucket is so dam spot on bill :-D

    the big reason that i learned listening to a person that can program some and has written bit on his own is because the " : ) " colon rt bracket is a part of lua coding and is recognized as a command of sorts.

    Use a you're torch or plasma cutter, just make straight jig thing real quick and for the angle I guess just eye it and come back with the grinder to clean it up

    Wow, somebody at Google has probably forgotten to "escape" the user name, LOL. Possibly, if you'd put in something like BILLSTMAXX /:) or BILLSTMAXX \:) it would work, and you wouldn't even see the slash or back slash (I guess it's the colon, and one character, either slash or back slash escapes it)... It would have been worth a try anyways.
