i converted both pre paid and post paid numbers to e-sim. i think the same day your video is posted. i think you should check on that also. i don't if i misunderstood but it is said in video that it is for postpaid only.

When i try to put esim plan on my s22 ultra it all got crashed! Ime no lost..now i am even not able to use physical sim card .its really dissapointing! I went everywhere ntc headoffice, samsung care ..no one can help...u carry such expensive phone and now this happened..its really frustrating!
