    Great video and helpful! I had the same issue. Something that helped was putting all the small pots with the seeds in a big container which surface was covered with water. That way the pots would "drink" as much water as they needed. When it was all empty, I put more again. I didn't put too much , though, every time. I hope that makes sense! 😊❤

      Watering from the bottom? Thank you for a great tip! I’ll also try that✨ Edamame soybeans are so finicky, aren’t they? You give one drop too much water or one degree too cold, and they are like “nah, I’m gonna just rot here”😂

    Lovely! I love how you are so thoughtful and caring to each of your baby plants! I haven't grown soybean yet but am curious now to add it in...I am running out of room! You have so much growing ~you are an inspiration! I love your kitty and of course your doggie! ❤️

      That kitty bosses around everyone😂 My grandma used to boil fresh edamame still on branch with a bit of salt, and I still remember how good they were til this day. I’m kind of re-visiting that favorite memory by growing my own. I know! We never have enough room for everything we’d like to plant and grow! Thank you so much🌱💕 It makes my day to know that my video inspire you to try new vegetable!

    ooh i hesitated to buy some from Kokopelli seeds that are organic, rustic and genetically diverse, but then i saw the germination rate T-T it's even worse than ciboulette/chives
    edit: might try next year with the methods you documented, if i'm courageous enough

    • @OishiiGarden
      @OishiiGarden 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I totally understand your hesitation. I almost decided not to do Edamame this year because of all the failures. I’d love for you to try these methods if you get a chance next year. It worked for me with Edamame black thumb✨ Wishing you the best of luck ;)
