Quote "We don't know the law, that is what we're checking on", however one law that is being broken is the two PC's distracting a drone pilot whilst flying, that is 100% a criminal activity, where's the policing of the actual law breaking? Also the correct statement of trying to find something is being done wrong as opposed to kowing what actually is being done wrong.
Yeah I definitely prefer them knowing something has been done wrong rather than them trying to find something. Thanks for watching. LCR
They should have checked the legislation out before coming out, interfering with a drone pilot while flying is a criminal offence.
Good audit, would give the 2 officers a pass, atleast they took the education on board.good work come to sheffield will come out with you 👍
Well done the "geordie" police girls - well handled
Cannot believe, how nice were they. Women being nice. That is a first for me. Usually, they are more vicious than the men. Well done Bedlington. Bit of respect for the Police.
They tried their hardest but as they admitted they were so totally out of their knowledge depth. Better they got back to something they are probably better at, namely helping kids cross a road. Like your style.
Two Police Officers who seemed to be willing to be educated on the rules surrounding Drones..
I've got to give credit where credits due folks ;-)
The older cop is nice, but the little girl is crazy
'I've just got to check and what not ...' utter clowns.
We all know why they came out looking for a easy arrest
You missed the chance to tell them, the only offence was them distracting a drone pilot, whilst flying. They were actually pleasant enough, but you were a bit soft when they first approached and kept bugging you while flying.
wanting a name to create a log , therefore must be crime /incident has "occurred" so ""as soon as crime has "occurred" the PC's must now issue a "caution" before questions asked , code C10.1 (no privileges) (If on arrest code C10.4 privileges)
yet PC stating she "does not have a clue " yet " creating a incident CAD number,, of P committing an offence 🤔🤔#
Person = P
If a PC fails to give " to give "caution" quoting you are not under arrest ,but question a person,, the words of BWV can used in a document, statement for CPS under
Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994,
section 34, (1) (a)
PC's come out of College training , with 2 year probation set up with a tutor ,, then when they put their training into practice BUT
they put on hold by tutor and quote "we don't do it that here " (not by the book ) ""I kid you not"
@16:04 PC/she does not want you to copy or video as
@16:06 there quite a bit missing (with intent )from that self printed copy document under as
SCHEDULE 8 ,police have power to get P to land the drone
is likely to be, involved in the commission of an offence (including an offence under this Act).
but
SCHEDULE 9 does have that power when no offence committed is to show 👉🏻 competency requirement = registration on UA ,, ONLY show it ,
do not let them copy it with BWV or other Reason :- under 👉🏻art.8 HRA 1998 , (land the drone in your time not there's)
or
SCEDULE 10 for fixed penalty notice endangering AC
and @16:56 PC forgot to ask if you were making revenue £££ on YT from UA ,
if no revenues of ££ is on YT not classed as ( "commercial purposes)
not very clever of PC to assume that you operating of drone qualifies insurance only for operating under C1 conditions =above 250.grm
in fact its breach of Equality Ac 2010
on another note
especially PC when person are searched and using (ii)grounds :-
high crime area or
burglary in the area or
known drugs area or
your avoiding us or
giving us the evils 👀👀
the above are "personal factors" which can be used under guidance code A2.3
BUT it breached Equality Ac 2010 s.149
hence as of 19/03/2019 :- code A2.3 NOT USED
but from their college training they know A2.3 is NOT USED
but in the beginning of their 2 year probation on duty they told to use "personal factors"
to cover (i)suspicion BOTH (i) & (ii) have to be met
now code A2.2B explains this :-
Personal factors can never support reasonable grounds for suspicion
code A2.2B Reasonable suspicion can never be supported on the basis of 👉🏻personal factors
EDIT:- (b) Generalisations or stereotypical images that certain groups or categories of people are
👉🏻more likely to be involved in criminal activity.👀 (being in a area)🤔🤔
rant over , you can see why they are in special measure , college training is right ,
as some PC's just want to avoid "garden leave " not following orders ,
it is strange really ,,as they hold their own office of Constable as he/she is ""Independent Legal Entity " = Crown servant holding own office
and is not a employee 🤷♂
On Federation of police it states they are not employee's
rant over
just had to come back,, still good content squire 👌
That is some serious homework you've put in there mind, amazing!! Thanks for this it's very informative. If ordinary members of the public know or find out this stuff, I don't understand why officers don't!! Thanks again, this is amazing!! LCR
@@LightsCameraRuction thankyou retired long ago ..I need to edit as missed out why , they cant use ,,,but they do . put it bluntly ""the iPone does better job than the IOPC ""
all the best
Absolutely embarasing .👮🤡
Graham and Brown! Wasn't that a brand of wallpaper ?
Early closing day.
So they even lie about opening times
Nice audit and decent enough coppers. They should know the law/legislation but at least you educated them.
Dear police officers if you do not know the law please keep quiet!!
Because lying to the general public could cost you your job.😮(section 26)
