Durango & Silverton 493: The Mighty K-37 to Silverton

  • On May 18th & 19th, We spent two days at the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad chasing the 493 as it pulls a 13 car excursion to Silverton. Not many spots were filmed as we have more plans later in the summer and fall to visit as we will be spending more time out in Narrow Gauge Country. Enjoy!

    The railroad needs to replace the tracks between event park and Hermosa. Those are where the worst tracks are. They just don’t realize how important it is for the tracks to be smooth.
