Glamrock Chica works. For some reason when you use the "Run" animation it makes it so you can't select abilities unless you press the "Run" button again. Then you will be able to use the abilities! :)
What happens if your game haven’t loaded yet so it says all of your animatronics that you got is locked what if that happens? Do you just have to wait because I’m trying to watch this video right now

Digi if you use the run for chika you think doesent work for animations but if you want to use the animations again press the run button again
