What a terrible designed house. The interior wastes alot of space. And too much walls.i expected alot more judging from the exterior.

Not perfect, but not too bad either. You should come to Canada and America to see the shoeboxes one third of this size for seven times the price. This unit, with the amenities and 4 ensuite bedrooms, each with a balcony, would cost upwards of CAD$ 2M, or KES 200M easily.
