    Dành 2 tiếng cho bản thân mỗi sáng: Tập thể dục, thiền, đọc sách hoặc nghe video của chị Nhi. Em đã áp dụng hằng ngày, cảm ơn Chị Nhi rất nhiều

    Trước kia e cảm thấy bản thân thật dị biệt. Tại sao mình lại không suy nghĩ giống như họ,tại sao mình không muốn đi chơi cùng bạn bè mà suốt ngày ru rú trong phòng, tại sao mình lại ít nói,rụt rè,yếu đuối đến thế. Sau này e mới biết vì e thuộc kiểu ng hướng nội. Và khi dần hiểu về bản thân. Từng ngày học hỏi thì e bây giờ cảm thấy biết ơn những gì e có về cả tính cách và mọi thứ. E nhận ra rằng e khác biệt chứ không dị biệt như ngày xưa e đã từng nghĩ. Chính e là một bản sao duy nhất của bố mẹ.
    Mỗi sáng e đều cố gắng dậy sớm,tập thể dục, đọc sách, tìm tới các nguồn năng lượng tích cực như: bài hát cho ngày mới, nghe những lời truyền cảm hứng tích cực, gặp gỡ nc với những con ng vui vẻ. Và học thêm nhiều điều mới.

    Ngày nào mà em tập thể dục + đọc sách + thiền + biết ơn là ngày đó em cảm thấy rất nhẹ nhàng và vui vẻ 🌻 Chúng ta thường chạy theo người khác để đc công nhận và sống hình thức rất nhiều. Nhưng rồi bản thân mình lại rất mệt mỏi. Cảm ơn chị Nhi

    Mỗi ngày giành 2 tiếng cho bản thân để cải thiện sự yếu đuối, yêu ớt của chính mình, để biến mình trở thành người mạnh mẽ, tự tin hơn mỗi ngày ❤ Tạo cho chính mình một lối sống tốt ❤

    - Respect ourself is the first things need to do everyday before doing for someone else
    - Understand that, the first person you need to respect is yourself
    - Respect it comes from good deeds
    - Confidence comes from within, you are not afraid of other people's judgment
    - Respect yourself so much that:
    + Eat foods that are good for your health and your body
    + Read many books to became stronger, wiser
    + Dress clean
    + Talk and listen to yourself and your thoughts
    + Answer honestly and in the end why do you think that way?
    + Learn when to say Yes and No
    + Stop pleasing others by saying No when i don't want to do that task, when i feel uncomfortable and so on

    Quá hay chị ơi, em năm nay 24t, cũng đang trên con đường loay hoay tìm kiếm câu trả lời cho mình. Vì tuổi nhỏ và kinh nghiệm chưa có nhiều nên đôi khi em vẫn chưa có câu trả lời cho những trăn trở của mình. Nhưng được biết kênh của chị từ Tiktok, từ video đầu tiên em đã thấy những gì chị chia sẻ là những thứ em cần và đã mon men qua TH-cam. Bản tính em cơ bản đã có phần giống chị, nay tiếp thu thêm những kiến thức từ chị, em như mới "nhặt được cây kiếm sắt". Cảm ơn chị rất nhiều! Chúc chị thành công và gặp nhiều may mắn!

    - hiểu và định nghĩa được chữ "tôn trọng"
    - tôn trọng khác với ngưỡng mộ
    - đặt câu hỏi. tại sao phải tôn trọng bản thân?
    - đi ra ngoài nhẹ nhàng dịu dàng với người ngoài. nhưng điều đó cần làm cho mình đầu tiên.
    - mỗi ngày đều tôn trọng bản thân, đủ giỏi và đủ tốt rồi
    - tôn trọng bản thân, cảm xúc của mình là của mình không được ai có quyền điều khiển
    - ăn đồ ăn tốt cho cơ thể
    - ăn mực gọn gàng sạch sẽ
    - hỏi bản thân. như thế nào là tốt, như thế nào là đủ? như thế nào là giỏi? như thế nào là thông minh?

    Em cũng như chị nói mấy năm trước lúc nào cũng nghĩ mình yếu kém ,sợ người khác phán xét ,đối xử tệ ,không quan tâm ,không tôn trọng mình ,từ lúc e biết chị trên Tiktok chị chia sẻ và e học hỏi nhiều điều ,bây giờ e tôn trọng bản thân ,yêu thương ,quan tâm,chăm sóc đến bản thân ,càng ngày càng tốt hơn 💪💪 Cảm ơn chị Nhi♥️

    - Respect could come from the way someone live and behave, not just from their richness or something on the outside.

    Lesson obtained:
    Firstly understand what is respect, treat yourself like some strangers you would treat not base on their ability of how they earn for a living but on their behaviors
    Please yourself (give ur every best) before anybody else
    Never say I am not enough have ur own standard instead of living under society's criterias of the perfection
    Someone whom u look up is sometime not the one u respect
    When u have self respectation is when u feel enough w everything u have
    Whenever you still have the fear of rejection and low self esteem is a sign said u dont have self respect
    Self respect can be define by healthy behavior
    Always be honest with urself and doubt yourself whenever u have the negative thoughts, brainstorms again if it is correct
    Always be proud of yourself
    Never judge an individual since they might know sth that u dont
    Define your own identity (know what you can do and what comfort you, resitance to things are unworthy) by spending time w urself customize a routine
    Things cant be changed overnight but gradually yes
