Marvin was only thirteen years old when he first started working in the kitchen. With only one goal in mind, he moved from hotel to hotel and restaurant to restaurant, striving to gain as much experience as possible from each stint. Gifted with an insatiable appetite to learn and fuelled by his drive towards excellence, Marvin’s target, from day one, was that of becoming a great chef and providing his guests with an unparalleled dining experience.
Today, quite a number of years later, and a good number of successful restaurants offering different culinary experiences under his belt, Marvin is dealing with the next generation... there is more to the man than his ambitions.
