I wish you would actually show your work. I replaced the fuel lines and it wasn’t easy. I couldn’t find the tygon fuel line so I just used a piece of regular fuel line.
The word you're looking for is grommet. Replacing the grommets is definitely the way to go, it's better than trying to squeeze the old hardened ones back into the tank after you've pulled them out. Good point about buying the fuel filters from Deere too...the part number for the fuel filter brings up a price of $4.52 from Deere whereas a hardware store or big box store will sell them for $10+. Same goes for oil filters and air filters, Deere seems to sell them much cheaper. I even buy some Cub Cadet filters and parts from Deere simply because of the price difference.
MichaelTJD60 I always price check local Deere store first, which is funny because most of the time their prices are astronomically high compared to eBay or amazon. And I live in Moline, IL !!! >=(
I do not have a video of the rear axle seal. Check out mytractorforum.com, I think someone there has replaced the rear axle seals on a 318 type machine.
If your going to post a video..remember the terms for the parts. Its a freakin rubber grommet which has no effect at all if the engine runs. It will just leak fuel. Get so pissed at these videos..do it right or dont post it.
