Lots of people are commenting on her opening her eyes. I sleepwalk when I'm sick and my dad said my eyes were open. But I dont remember walking downstairs, out into the pouring rain to walk around the house and "play"in the mud in our front yard. Sleepwalkers also might think they're in different place then they actually are, so she thought she was in the shower, or getting a muffin. So that's that. And. If you see someone sleepwalking, you can follow them around to make sure they dont hurt themselves or you can gently lead them back to bed. If that doesn't work, you can make loud, sharp noises to wake them up, but be at a safe distance. Just try not to wake them, as that could cause them to panic and lash out.
Edit: I also feel like pointing something out. Shes also a youtuber, ya? Well, dont they make videos of their pranks? Especially if whoever they're pranking falls for it? She didnt do that. It's not a prank.

When you sleep walk you dont hold up your towel the whole time, and your eyes arent closed the whole time either, plus when there is really loud sounds or people touch you its pretty easy to wake up.

I understand its fake, but pretending it's real for a second, here's a theory, what is she's dreaming about getting ready for a pool party, most of the first scenes that she is present in have her using a hair dryer and starting the shower, like she's trying to look her best for the pool party (and I have no real explanation for why she drys her hair and then takes shower), and the rest is her continuing to prepare, she cleans the windows (first scene out of the hotel), the vacuum scene is her... vacuuming, the next thing is the water cooler scene and she could have possibly gotten thirsty, when she almost drops her towel, she considers hopping into the pool early, and finally when she says made up words on the phone, she could be ordering food/inviting friends
