- So cool to meet the original car from John Carpenter's CHRISTINE, based on the novel by Stephen King, in the lobby of the Egyptian Theatre at the kick off for their Stephen King film series on Thursday, August 24th, 2017. I managed to get a few minutes in with the owner of the car as well, who you can keep up with at www.ChristineMovieCar.com. If i choose between a 1957-58 Plymouth or any supercar like a Lamborghini. I would choose the Plymouth everyday with no second thoughts
Joe 2001 The 1959 Plymouth is also a beautiful car. Maybe it's odd, but I kind of prefer the Sport Suburban.

Joe 2001 I think they are beautiful, I love 50s cars from the retrofuturism years but this one just stands out. It looks so clean yet scary almost, if you see that car in your rear view mirror with its lights on at night you know your fucked, not many cars do that, especially from the curvy happy styled cars from the mid 50s....

What a beautiful car! That is my second most favorite car of all time! Second only to the 1966 Chevelle, and to be honest, only because I grew up with a 1966 Chevelle, my Dad's car, and I just always thought that car,and my dad were so cool together!
My favorite car is a 1976 trans am. Like what was used in the movie Sleepwalkers, by Stephen king. Aswell as, Christine.
This is one of several cars used in the movies. The Pristine Christine used in all the movie close up shots is owned by Bob Bartosiewicz in Rochester, NY.

I did not know that Christine was in the movie Sharknado but other than that she briefly appeared in one movie of Stephen King's called cat's eye.

Wow, one of the only two actual cars that did survive! That dude better take good care of it. After all, it's very valuable and...it's THE Christine.

There was 14 of these cars for the movie. Only 13 was used number 14 was actually a 1957 and converted to look like a 1958 but was never used

I would like to have a Christine car of my own to use primarily for rejuvenating purposes. I would want one who's odometer really runs backwards, and generates that rejuvenating power. Such a rejuvenating machine would especially be handy in the age of "Planned Obscelecense". I also have a set of four iconic mate's style dining chairs that I really cherish as much as Arnie cherished Christine. Four times a year, I'd like to put all four of those chairs in Christine, and make a run from Charlotte North Carolina, down to Columbia South Carolina, as preventive maintenance for my beloved mate's chairs.
God! Imagine how much this car would sell for at auction with the value in it as a movie car, signed by the cast and crew!

I saw Stephen King's red 58' Fury with Maine license plates in Plano, TX getting detailed at Moonshroow's I also stopped and chatted with Stephen King.

Different car. Martin Sanchez who you are referring to said he would take 2.1 Million for his car as a joke but he wouldn't sell it even for that because it's too much of his life. Martin purchased the wreck not long after the movie was filmed. His car is in the Moochie death scene. This is Bill Gibson's Christine movie car. While Bill's is more or less an authentic movie car and also beautiful, Martin's is more authentic being directly from the film.

I remember buyin one of those cars and one time I was drunk and crashed into some cars but not to hard then in the morning I woke up and it looked like nothing ever happened😨my mom insisted on me getting rid of the car but I was like no fuck that 😀🍻I can save money from body shops the way they Rob ppl 😨so yeah I kept it for a while until i Ieft it in a warehouse then I heard someone crushed it and since the police was getting involved I let it go 😨🤔
