And I'll tell it's history and that GE C40-8 was built in 1990 for Conrail then NS bought Conrail then in 2008 it got proper NS Colours

@@lucasf0xBRWhat I meant was, were some SD90MACs converted into the SD70ACe-t4, because it does have some similarities? Also I thought only the GE locomotives had the Tiers.
@@agrady7216the SD70ACe-T4s were built from scratch. Some components were based on the SD90s. Several SD90MACs themselves, however, were converted into SD70ACUs. EMD also has Tier 4 freight locomotives which is the SD70ACe-T4, but the Union Pacific was the only customer.
