I use toothpaste with B12 in it, love it, never had any problems with low B12 anymore. And no extra pills to take.

Do u bring ur backpack as carry-on or check-in luggage coz I saw u bring a lot of liquid in ur toiletries. Tqvm

I brought it as a carry-on and had no problems during 3,5 months! My toiletries fit into a toiletries bag which was supposedly "airplane approved" :D

I’m fully covid vaccinated but are there other shots needed for Thailand? If so which ones?

I scheduled an appointment with a nurse and they made a vaccination plan for me, I recommend doing that to be sure!
