- A video tutorial on how to build a Valheim House with a basement.
I originally wanted to make a small house with a stone bottom, similar to houses in fantasy games or board game models, but then the build just got bigger, and I rolled with it, It ended up looking pretty cool but share what you think of the large house in the comments.

I started building thinking "Im going to make another small house" It ended up not being so small but I really liked it, so I thought I would share it with everyone.
I did add some things to my style of making videos due to the recent poll I did on my community page, I leaned more into some of the aspects people liked about my videos,
hence why I now have timestamps for Floor > Walls > Next Floor > Walls > Last Floor > Walls > Roof, making each part smaller but giving more attention to them.

@@LinkTom86 Im pretty sure for this build I saw a picture of I think a model house on pinterest, which I used that as a base for the design.
These are definitely my favorite type of build videos, where the floor plan is laid out, there aren’t any cuts during the build process, and it’s planned out in phases. Excellent video and a well planned build. The house looks great! It must have taken quite some time to put all this together, so I thank you!
Youre making these videos exactly how I as a viewer need to see it in order to ACTUALLY recreate the build in my own world. Most ppl glaze over too many things.. this shit is SSS+ tier youre doing the objectively correct things and I thank you

Thank you so much for this, I just built it in my world and it looks great (even though I'm only at the Iron stage, so don't have marble or fancy roofs). The video was really well done too, and I love that you build in survival mode too, rather than flying around with infinite resources like so many creators, makes it so much more "real". I changed up the interior a bit to suit me, but I love that there's enough room to have everything under one roof, and I have some ideas about how I'd want to extend. Thanks again!

Man please build more and share. I know for a sure there is a lack of “tutorials” for people to follow for this game that are cheap and somewhat early game. If anyone saves stone they can make this as soon as they get iron. I love your style of building and would love to see more, I’ve seen the adventure map recently and have wanted to go into creative and just build. As a personal request, I’d love to see more workshop oriented buildings like a forge or a wizard tower containing themed work benches and decorations. My buddies and I love having a small town and all our different buildings have a function, this is something like that. Keep up the good work man!

This build is perfect! I was trying to come up with a medieval-style build for my most recent playthrough and took forever to come up with the monstrosity I ended up with. I wish I saw this before because now I have to tear it down to build it since it's so good. Going to make a few minor changes like a stone-build chimney placed opposite of it's current position but the overall build is pretty great as is.

how come you never seem to use the centre roof tiles that are designed for the middle?

i seriously dont get why the devs didnt add any smooth stone brick varients besides for the flooring, i would consider building with stone more but the fact that most stone has clipping issues in every conservable way ive just stopped bothering to try

Yeah, I always wanted a few different things, smooth stone was one of them, and a lighter colour of wooden wall (Finewood walls?) was another so I could make something that looks like Tudor-style houses.
