When I got hit, I found the strength to get back up. My sister was very traumatized. They rushed me to the hospital in an ambulance. Luckily, I only have minor injuries and I didn't break any bones. I am at home recovering. Ever since the accident, I was diagnosed with PTSD. Things are getting better. Listening to music mends the soul. I was down in the darkness so low I was on the very far edge of the cliff overlooking the abyss that is suicide. Drugs, drinking, divorce, career loss, bankruptcy, despair, heartache, homelessness, prison, and a family that had forsaken me had broken me down to an emotional pile of rubble. What I found was definitely unique and and powerfully done. It was the,"For the Town" video. It wasn't sad or depressing or angry, it was cheerful and upbeat and kind of silly. I thought the song was brilliant and it truly made me smile and still does every time I hear it or see the video. I had to hear more so I kept looking and I found the "Longest Day" Album. It is just so emotional and epic to me that it changed my whole perspective on things. And yes it makes me cry a little.

Bruh, this song be the most inspiring out there, honestly though, I can relate, gotta get something to believe in and do it, growing up as a child, I never had a role model to that saying, but as I got older, the bullies kept coming, the remarks I kept listening to, it got to the point, were I was determined to become stronger, push them bullies away and block out negativity, needless to say, not trying to sound rude but I don't know how else to word it, when the chubby kid stood in the mirror and flexed, he was determined to become greater, I can relate to that kid, looking at yourself and seeing a different image in your head, and it burns there, so you have no choice but to follow it and do it, determination isn't hard, just depends on how willing you are to do it...
