Fun fact: patient 0 desc is a reference to a enemy in a game called spooky jumpscare mansion the enemy is called monster 4 (Hanged Man/Patient) which is found in the first dlc called the karamari hospital and theres a death scene of monster 4 screaming: Dark worms scream inside my brain, begging me to eat again. Which is similar to the skin description so ill say this zombie skin is a reference to monster 4.
